This was the first home we have built, so it was a very daunting situation to go through. We built the Elyse 15 and we are extremely happy with the finished product. The paperwork pre-build was tedious and mistakes were made but I have heard this is with all builds.

We Built a Kiera with the corvina facades now we did have some minor hiccups during pre-sales and getting to council but all was sorted out very quickly by the Alkira team. We built the Olivia 38.2 Taminga facade, (which was a leap of faith as no one had built this facade before) at Greenhills Beach and we could not be happier. The process started in 2013 with a few hiccups but these were soon sorted out. We have just finished building the Elyse at Cronulla. It is fair to say that the tender process (2013) was painful, and we understand that this has since been addressed by Alkira. In contrast the build process throughout this year was very smooth. We were living close by and would often drive past. Our neighbours agree with us that there always seemed to be something on the go.

We were looking at up sizing our home, our 13 year old daughter found Alkira Homes (design "Olivia") on the internet, it met the criteria we were after & the layout seem to be perfect also.
