Couldn't be happier!
My husband and I were looking to purchase a ready built home. We decided to pop into Allam Sales centre in the Killarney estate in Box hill after looking at quite a few open homes. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a very friendly and competent salesman, Glenn Smith. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable about the houses that were available for purchase. He took the time to listen to our needs and concerns, and answered all questions about Box hill, the houses and future developments and services in detail. We appreciated the time he spent with us. Currently, we have just reserved a beautiful brand new home and couldn't be happier. A new chapter in our life is about to begin. Thank you Glenn Smith!

We would like to really thank Mr Joe Pelle for his willingness and assistance to find a house in Schofields. He was extremely helpful and real gentleman. We made a booking for a mid-construction property and took almost 4 weeks to make a decision, and ultimately did not buy it because at the end we decided it was not practical for us. He assisted us in every way possible. Though I did not buy with them I strongly think that their house have good value for the money.

We have purchased Allam House and Land Package Back in 2016 and got settled Sept 2018. We were so happy with whole process of buying. Allam delivered, what they promised at beginning. An extremely good product at a reasonable price
I am writing this review to let people know about the great pleasure I have had in purchasing an Allam Home. I have purchased in Box Hill in the Killarney estate . The sales person I have dealt with is Glenn Smith.
I have been working with him for the past 5 months and he has been extremely helpful and thoughtful to my special circumstances. Glen is the type of salesperson that doesn't push he allows the product and the whole package to sell itself . He is extremely informative and always has time to answer any questions you have.

totally pleased with the purchase of my Allam home which is complete ready to move in, its great because what you see is what you get . There are no nasty surprises of up grading like other builders. I will conclude by stating that I am extremely satisfied with the purchase of my Allam Home and extremely satisfied wit h dealing with Glenn Smith and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone thinking of buying in Box Hill

Great sales person, lovely home and a reliable after sales service
From the moment we stepped into the office with Rob at Elara, Marsden Park, the whole process fell into place. He listened to our requirements and went out of his way to make sure things were completed as promised and has since followed up in answering a couple of questions we've had. The after sales service has been amazing. Jason the site supervisor has liaised with Rob on our behalf to find out about sourcing a few extra items such as extra tiling we'd like done. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Alison in Warranty and Betty in Admin have also been very helpful. We would definitely recommend Rob and the team at Allam Homes Marsden Park if you are looking to buy in the area.

Easy as 123 with Allam Homes
Great doing business with you Allam Homes. First contact with Allam Homes was Andrew who was very helpful. Explained to him what we're looking for and our budget and he did the rest. We paid 10% deposit for the house and land package at HIllview Rise North Kellyville, balance on completion. We moved in October 2016 and was one of the first house build on the street. Tony comes to the house to fix the problem. They are always accommodating and ensure that our time is not wasted. Jennefer will ensure someone's at the house when Tony comes always matching our availability. Tony comes and fix the issue quickly, leaving very little mess when he's finished and even do follow ups to see if everything is to our standard. Now it's winter 2018, we found some product defects such as shower head needing replacement, we contact Jennefer and sure enough they were still happy to replace at no cost. It's been nearly 2 years and out of the standard 12 months warranty for brand new homes. It's a very good feeling to know we can always approach the people of Allam Homes and they still give us great customer experience. You have great people working for you Allam Homes. We are pleased with the excellent customer service and support we received from the supervisor (Jason) and the salesperson (Joe). We purchased an Allam display home & from our first encounter with the salespersons, Derek, Jim & Dianne, right through to the maintenance department, we knew we would never have a problem. Nothing was ever an issue & any problems concerning maintenance, were resolved instantly by Joe & Tony. They are all an asset to Allam homes. The quality & workmanship is second to none. We are more than happy to call our Allam house our home.

The perfect way to build/buy a new home
I am extremely happy with my new Allam home. I bought it off the plan in March 2016 and moved in during March 2017. The customer service I received from Andrew Thornton (Bellerive Rise Salesman) was amazing!!! His thorough, honest and helpful disposition really made the purchase and process a positive experience. dated regularly and was always a delight to chat to. My pre- settlement inspection was so easy and yet again a very positive experience. Andrew Gosper (site supervisor) was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about everything in the home. I was given a Samsung tablet with all the documents, warranties, booklets and contact numbers on it, a lovely touch!! Being an extremely fussy person I took a very long time inspecting everything, Andrew was absolutely wonderful and noted down anything I had an issue with, all of which were rectified immediately. He genuinely cared about handing over the home that I worked so hard to purchase. There were naturally a couple of things that need looking at in the 3 month check (totally understandable), but I have no doubt Allam Homes will rectify them quickly. The home itself is exactly what you sign up for. Allam Homes offer and deliver a great product. The build time is quick, the quality great and you really feel like you are part of a unique community. Buying a house from Allam Homes is a fantastic experience.
We have purchased a house at Kalina Estate The Ponds, and the building has been completed and handed over to us at the end of June 2017.
The whole process took about 7 month from paying the required 10% deposit to the settlement. The construction went smoothly and exactly sticks to the pre-set schedule. We visited the site from time to time, and have seen the steady progress week by week, which can be readily attributed to Allam's excellent construction management.

Her competency and professionalism in terms of custom service and knowledge about the project and surrounding area convincingly give us sufficient confidence to proceed with our investment with Allam Homes. In the end, we are very happy with our decision since Allam's 25 years industrial experience are well represented through the superior workmanship and build quality of the completed house. Furthermore, some minor issues were found during pre-settlement inspection. However, the site supervisor Michael and Alene took immediate action and arranged for the rectification. ision to buy ALLAM house very quickly and placed a 10% deposit. That was it. No progress payments. No interest while the home is under construction. The good point for no contract variations is that we absolutely have easy of mind and never have any argument on the new house. Anyone has the experience on renovation and construction of their home would understand the stress and worries involved within the family and with the tradesmen. As we do want some extra tiles to upgrade the bathrooms ourselves, Alene is extremely helpful that she not only supplies us with the tile supplier details, she also google searches other suppliers for us. We have visited the construction site every now and then, we would definitely stop by to visit Alene and have a lovely chat with her. When our new house is completed, we are delighted to receive a Samsung tablet with all the instruction manuals downloaded. We are welcome by Michael, the Construction Supervisor who has conducted a detailed final inspection with us and he marks down every tiny item requiring attention. Michael is incredibly knowledgeable and really looked after us during the walk-through. He also advises us on who we should contact regarding follow up on defects and maintenance. We found it is just a waste of money for us to employ an independent building inspector to inspect the house as the building report prepared by them has absolutely shown nothing of importance. All in all, our experience with ALLAM is brilliant. We love our new house and are extremely happy. We will definitely recommend ALLAM homes to our relatives and friends. I just recently moved in the house .i am totally satisfied.i was with other builder house previously but when I compare I could say this should be the house look like.very well constructed well managed and well set house. Best part is that within 3-4 months your house is ready to move in. Hassle free, no need to pay anything except 10% deposit, no progress payment and no land payment and saving of hundreds of dollars.

Allam Homes recently built our latest home in north-west Sydney. For a company that boasts about their 25 years’ experience, we are extremely dissatisfied with the end result (to say the least). While the dealings with the Sales consultant went as expected, it spirals backwards at an alarming rate from the moment you sign the contract. Your build continues week after week, month after month without any communication whatsoever from Allam. You then do a rushed pre-settlement inspection days before you are due to move in, only to still be waiting...Read more
for some of the items identified on that inspection to be rectified more than 6 MONTHS LATER! We have built a number of homes in this area over the last 16 years (with different builders), and we have never experienced anything like this (thank God). The quality of workmanship (or lack of) disguised by a somewhat reputable name is the most frustrating part. From the internal fittings thru to the paintwork inside & out, even the landscaping needed to be re-done. While an apology rolls off the tongue very easily from numerous departments, the complete lack of attention to detail, and their ignorance in having quality work done (the right way, the first time) is alarming. Blaming contractors (who they employ the services of) for shameful workmanship is common practice. ‘Turn-key’ package means diddly squat – we waited weeks for a clothes-line after we moved in, and nearly 4 months to have a cracked window and 2 of the 3 showers fixed before we could use them due to issues with waterproofing. Our so-called supervisor (who looks after 40+ constructions at any one time) should have retired years ago (or shouldn’t have been employed in the first place). Talking to others in the area, they have experienced varying similarities to us, and have just given up. On numerous occasions, promises are made to have items rectified, only to be following up weeks later. Our 90 day rectification list was 2 pages long (and that’s without being picky), and we are still waiting to have items fixed nearly 7 months after moving in. The follow-up process is exhausting, and any action from Allam is only usually following threats to contact Fair Trading and/or Council. In our experience, Allam is a builder that constructs houses (not homes) with little or no regard for doing things right. If they can save time and/or money at the customer’s expense, then they will. Their attitude of ‘if a customer doesn’t see it, then don’t worry about it’ is standard operating procedure. They are concerned with nothing other than receiving your money on settlement day. The after sale process is disgraceful and leaves a lot to be desired, as customer service & support is non-existent. Attempting to make contact with management is a waste of time, as they are not interested. The countless phone-calls and emails to the warranty / maintenance department would shock you, not to mention the complete disregard to have issues rectified within a reasonable timeframe, if at all. If you have chosen this incompetent builder to build your dream home, we suggest that you do not settle unless you are absolutely convinced that all items requiring attention are rectified prior. If you are considering signing a contract with the Allam Property Group or Danallam Developments Pty Limited, then for your own sake, DON'T! You are guaranteed to have issues, and you will regret it as we do. There are a number of other builders that take pride in their work, and understand the importance of doing things as they should be done with such an investment.1 comment

ggest issue with any failure in business. It’s extremely interesting, following my initial review, as to the effort Allam has made to encourage a few customers to write 4 and 5 star reviews. If you want the truth, walk the streets and knock on doors in any Allam Development estate and I guarantee you’ll be discouraged from engaging with such a company.
