It was easy to take out cover online for the duration of the holiday time. Thailand is a destination where peace of mind is absolutely necessary. Just crossing the road can be a major drama.

Very Satisfied! The process at Allianz was easy and would appear to be good value. The application was done online and was very user friendly. The basic policy was good value.

The telephone customer service sold me on the policy as the medical I needed was excluded (unfairly but that's not the focus of the review). No claim made so hard to comment on claims and assessment . Would most likely use again.

Wrong tel number I have been given for extending the travel insurance. And waited for 20 mins before someone answer. Very rude and unhelpful manner. No apologized from the overseas support staff who answered my call and his voice was so cold that you don't expect when you needed help! Sent email to complain twice but no answer at all. But the number direct in Australia, the staff was very polite and helpful. I eventually found the Aus number on your website and call direct from Thailand for my insurance extension. Because this, I would reconsider again if I buy travel insurance from your company in the future.

I never needed to claim but setting up my insurance was simple and efficient which was exactly what I needed. If you're in a rush I would highly recommend going with Allianz.
