This is the second time I have used Allianz and I have not been disappointed. I didn't need to make a claim this time but did the first and the process was so effortless I knew I would use them again.

Purchased a travel insurance policy online prior to flying/cruise, it was easy to get and price was very competitive. It just so happened that I got sick for a few days into the cruise and had to visit the mediacal team onboard. When I got pack home I lodged a claim online, uploaded the required paperwork and my claim was setlled within a few days. Cannot fault Allianz Travel Insurance and would recommend them to everyone, thank you Allianz Travel Insurance.

The representative could not tell us whether our situation would be covered by our policy. He repeated that everything was stated in our policy if I wished to review it, but when I asked about its application to our circumstances, the representative said that he didn't
know and that we would have to wait 5-7 business days to find out from the claims department. Consequently, the representatives appear to be incompetent and the plans offered are a waste of money.

Ideal for travelling on a budget affordable and reliable service even though I didnt make a claim I think Allianz is trustworthy and I know I could more than likely utilise the benefits from a claim if needed

This was the first time we did this type of insurance personally without going through agent.
Easy to set up and reasonable price.
Competitive with other insurance.
Will use again in the future.

This was first time I used Allianz. It was easy to set up. I didn't need to claim. It was cheaper than other companies I had quotes for and recognised that my asthma history was no reason for an increase in cost.

This gave me a peace of mind to enjoy my holiday in Thailand. My doctor advised me to have a travel protection insurance. So, I took travel vaccines as well.

Good prices, I didnt had a percance in my travel, but they was on contacts whit me by email all time about the start and end of my ensure time and about the recommendations for a save travel

Due to having a heart attack in August 2022, I had to pay for my travel insurance. I was satisfied with the cost. I did not make a claim. This was first time apart from the no cost policy with my credit card.

Easy to set up, I think there a better value policies in market. I don't meet to submit a claim. My intent is to travel more often in coming year, therefore, I will do more testing of value for money Travel insurance.

The policy was good value and comprehensive. I fortunately didn't need to make a claim. Prior to my departure, Allianz sent a reminder about pre-travel checks which I found very useful.

Value was okay and easy to set up! I never lodged a claim, hopefully never have to. can't recall how many times I've use this insurance but for ease of setup, i'll use again.

Once I found someone to insure me I was very great full did not need to lodge a claim. This is the first time I have used this insurance company after a great deal of frustration.

Good value, so far we did not claim because everything went fine, we signed up two or three times for two months travelling each.

Easy to organise and to change dates as required prior to departure. Had to do this over the phone, though. Would have been better if it could have been done on line.
