do yourself a favour - shop elsewhere
a business that doesn't know what it has in stock, who sells you products it doesn't have, who keeps you waiting indefinitely for it and doesn't communicate unless you contact them. However, they are quick to deduct the money from your bank account but take forever to give you any refund. You can buy the exact items from more reliable retailers who aren't so rude and sarcastic to their customers. Do yourself a favour and ditch this store.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!
Poor or no communication, promised delivery date and then disappeared for over a month, with no response to any form of contact. Do not buy from this business unless yo like being lied to and mucked around.

Delays after delay with the order
Ordered and paid for the mirror on Oct 31st 2022. The email after the order said it would take 8 weeks for delivery.
It's now march 21 2020 almost 5 months since I ordered and I still haven't received the order yet!

Won't refund me
This is not a place to buy ANYTHING. They tried to change price and now won't refund me. I am continuing to contact them but now won't answer their phone.

money than I had paid. I am not the only one giving them similar feedback. They even refused to answer my calls by hiring answering service. Do not let them try to push you around. They have had over $1000 of my money since 21 January. I stand by my feedback, I don't lie or rip people off, they do. Just hope money returned pronto. Poor product even poorer customer service
I bought this drum coffee table and paid over $500. First of all it took forever to deliver the product and then product wasn’t even close to what it looked like in the picture. I wouldn’t even pay $100 for the product. Every time I call the customer service it takes forever for them to get back to me and they only respond by emails. I wish I had read reviews about this company before buying it.

Havana Chairs
Julie was most helpfull and accomodating and arranged to have my chairs held for me for two months.
I love my very comfortable Havana chairs and they are exactly as shown on line.
I would not hesitate to buy from Allisias Attic again.

Quick delivery!
I ordered my items on a Saturday and expected a few weeks delivery as I’m in country NSW. One was received on the following Tuesday morning and the next on the Thursday. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

Redeemable act!
I was so disappointed and upset when I received a beautiful chair that was damaged in transit after waiting four weeks for its arrival.
I notified Allissias Attic and they arranged a replacement chair, delivered to the door the next day.
Couldn't believe the prompt service and consequent follow up emails.
Thank you Julie for your customer service which exceeded my expectations.

Bad experience from beginning to end
Placed order, money deducted, then they emailed me next day to say it was out of stock. Not happy at all. Most online companies mark products as ‘out of stock’ instead of taking your money and then offering you one in a different colour!

Do not purchase from Allissias Attic, read the reviews, I wish I did!
It has been 10 weeks since I ordered my product which cost $950 and I still cannot get an answer of when it will be delivered.
I have called on numerous occassions and have been informed that someone will get back to me, but to date no one has.
Extremely poor customer service to the point that I am now doubting if this is a legitimate business.
I will not purchase or recommend Allissias Attic to any potential shoppers.

I've ordered 3 armchairs and requested express delivery-by the weekend. Julie was quick to respond to all my emails-there were quite a few! She came back with confirmation that it is doable, I'm very grateful for the quick turnaround and I cant wait to receive these beautiful pieces of furniture!

No communication and appalling customer service
Heed the reviews and stay away. No information on lead times and constantly blame their suppliers for delay. Perhaps they should find new suppliers? They won't communicate unless prompted and then hurl insults at their customers. I now need to wait 30 days for my refund which if not received will be pursued through Fair Trading. Just appalling.

Love my sofa
I purchased my sofa on line. I had no problem with communication Julie emailed me back straight away as to when it would be delivered. My sofa was delivered in 4 days of receiving an email. My sofa is so gorgeous it’s exactly as described on the website and also good quality.Thank you.

On August 12th I ordered 3 chairs. It's now Nov 29th and I still don't have them. Yesterday I wrote, yet again, to Allissias Attic & Vintage French Style to try and find out about my order. I haven't heard back yet. With this extraordinarily length delay, and the ongoing uncertainty about whether or not I will ever get them, I would have bought elsewhere rather than having to keep badgering the shop to find out what is happening. They weren't cheap - the total cost has been $780 for 3. Order AUS #4127. Can someone please either cancel and refund my money, or actually supply the chairs. Thank you, Barbara
