I would give no stars if I could!!
I ordered a paddle for my husband on the 1st January. Received an email that it had been dispatched on the 9th.
It is now the 27th and I still have not received it. I’ve rang Anaconda several times and just get brushed off with “we are waiting for a response from the courier”.
I was promised after phoning last week that it would be here on Monday, that was a lie.
The Courier they use is Hunter Express, but there’s nothing express about them!!
You cannot speak with anyone from that company about your consignment either.
Please do yourself a favor and don’t deal with either Anaconda or Hunter Express!

Purchased a cooler online. Product arrived damaged and I'm 99% sure it was a display unit as it arrived unboxed and showed clear signs of being dragged around. Was advised by Anaconda to return it to local store "FOR ASSESSMENT". The problem with that is I need it this weekend for a trip and have no time to get another as none of their stores Australia wide have any stock. (The cooler will still function as intended just wasn't happy being sent a display unit), They have refunded my shipping costs.

Read morerate the product and the service. Both were terrible and my review reflected this. Have now received an email stating my review cannot be published on their website as it doesn't meet their website guidelines You ask your customers to rate their experience and if you don't like it you don't publish it. Talk about stacking the deck in your favor. This was my first time buying from Anaconda and it will be the last. Luckily we have the Product Review website where we can post "Honest" reviews.

They state the good delivered. The item was signature required and I was not home and item gone missing or undelivered! Over 10 weeks been chasing with customer care and post and got no where.Do not order from Anaconda.

I have ordered an item from Anaconda only to never have it turn up. Chased the item multiple times got told all different stories and the item still has never turned up. This company is a nightmare to deal with. Still haven’t been given a refund, no doubt will need to fight for this also!

Worst customer service I’ve ever received and at the end no product was available but they still took my money
Placed a click and collect order with Anaconda online yesterday and Received an email and money was taken out of my account straight away. 24 hours later I drove over an hour to the store I ordered from only to be told that they didn’t have what I ordered. My order was then never canceled I was never notified and the staff were rude both on the phone and In store when I went to pick it up

Why continue to list items for sale on your website if they are clearly not available for sale??? If you're looking for size XXS or XXL then you may find stock at Anaconda, otherwise just don't bother. Both their physical and online stores are just THE WORST experiences and always out of stock, or, they take your money and days later you're told the item is out of stock. Anaconda, close your pathetic business down!

Having been lured by the Black Friday pre Christmas sale, get in early they said, only 3/4 items ever arrived and then it took me weeks to have it investigated then refunded. No presents under the tree for my husband.
Wish I’d read these reviews first.

never buy an online store ever. items lost and they don't give a damn. last 4 months have been in touch through email and phone and they don't take responsibility for the lost item.
I purchased huffy revolt bmx for Christmas, the front wheel was that buckled it's unridable, the seat is also torn.
I ordered online a caravan cover that was due to arrive in 3-7 business days. 4 weeks later I checked online as to the status of the item and its marked delivered!! We have not received it and calls to Anaconda promise to get back to me but don't. Very poor service from a big company that should do better.
UPDATE: 4 telephone calls later and still no further along. Latest call Anaconda suggested I call Toll. Sure! I'll do your job for you. A check of the consignment and a call to Toll shows that the item has never been picked up!! WTH!!. Anoth...
Read moreer call back to Anaconda and they tell me that a home delivery marked as complete doesn't really mean its complete. I explained that marking a delivery is complete is not the important part. You actually HAVE TO DELIVER the item - this is the important part. Took our money really quickly for the order we made but every time we contacted Anaconda (6 times in the last 2 weeks) they advised they would be sending the order out.... Hmmm last time we called them on the 21st December they advised they couldn't possibly post our item and get it to us by Christmas as it was too late.... thought it was already sent Anaconda are you telling porkies? Wish they would take their ads of TV - every time I see them It reminds me .. Anaconda thanks for nothing and wishing you a wonderful Christmas with our money!

Ordered a large swag, tracking showed it left Melbourne got to Adelaide, then back to Melbourne, I don’t think they know where WA is, 2 weeks later it’s supposedly still in Melbourne and customer service told me they will escalate it, didn’t hear from anaconda, but today my parcel came must of realised where WA is. it’s obviously a item that has been returned to them and re sold to me, the box if you can call it a box, was bits put together by tape, it’s stained ripped and open in many areas, I have not opened it they can have it back in the condition they sent it. totally Disgusted with this company.

One of the worst companies I have ever experienced. I bought a kayak around 4 weeks ago, no sign of the products, they won’t respond to emails, waiting on the phone doesn’t work. Do not use this company
My order was early November. Toll has managed to lose it twice, and supposedly delivered it once without leaving a missed you card.
Anaconda no help at all, extremely unhappy
Ordered my item in early November giving it a plenty of time to arrive before my Christmas camping trip. After countless phone calls and emails item still hasn't arrived and they can't even tell me where is it. They also tried blaming it on Toll but why use company if they are not reliable. They did not offer any solution eather. With only couple of days before Christmas even if my item arrived in that time I wouldn't have time to install it. So Anaconda has ruined my Christmas camping trip. Worst service I have ever experienced.

Rang the customer service to find out where my delivery is to be told that’s tolls problem the last I seen I paid you for my items not toll I asked the customer service lady for a manger for her to come back and act like the manager then to have her admit it also rang the modbury store to hopefully get help from them to be told to ring toll myself with my reply of leaving product review to have them then laugh at that. As promised overall wouldn’t buy from this store waist. Of money and time they don’t care for nice they got the money
Ordered a set of Towing Mirrors, there was only 1 in the Box, e-mailed no response after 5 days, called spent 35 mins on the phone but couldn't be resoled without the input of the supervisor, so was promised a call back. 7 days later, still no call but just got another reply to my 2nd e-mail saying they have 'escalated it further' what does that mean!? Worst online service I have ever dealt with by far.

I ordered 8 #Dune camping chairs on November 21/2021 for Christmas presents to be given 18/12/2021. It’s now 15/12/2021. I paid an expensive delivery fee. I have received 1 item of the 8. Apparently my items have been sitting in Tullamarine for over two weeks. I live 25 kilometres from there. I can not get an answer as to when I will receive the remainder of my delivery. I would happily pick up myself or go to a store. It doesn’t surprise me that they have a 1 star rating Poor customer service. #toll #anaconda
I ordered a set of trangia cooking set.
Arrived in poor packaging just a plastic outside the box.
IT HAS BEEN USED.
and there is still liquid Ethnol in there, how dangerous!
So I reached out for a refund, never refund I had to email a hundred times and call.
never pick up, long hold.
the whole experience is terrible. I mean I bought from outdoor shops a lot and never have I had issues.
I am still waiting for my refund.

Went online at anaconda noarlunga south Australia I’m just down the road I’m in a wheelchair thought it would be easy but no . 8 days later no item still on way

Enormous issues with delivery of an item. Including it being sent to the wrong state. All blame - when I could actually speak to somebody, which was virtually impossible - was put back onto me.
Zero assistance from anybody and they appear to operate 9-5 phone hours, despite a 24/7 online store, 2 weeks out from Xmas. Wow. Just wow.
Whoever is in charge of this company and more importantly the customer service dept, should be ashamed of themselves. They fact the company has 1.6 stars from over 600 reviews on this site, says it all.
Pure incompetence.
