I couldn't be happier with the service I have received over the past 4 years. From purchasing the car to my yearly services, the team at Annlyn are fantastic.

My wife was in the market for a new car, we had been looking at VW, and decided to look at other options, so we went to Volvo and spoke to John Eid, one of the sales team at Annlyn Motors.
Even though we turned up close to closing time, John gave us a vehicle to test drive, and said if we wanted a longer test, we could organise to have a car over night.
Later that week, we took up his offer and took an XC60 over night. We loved it so much that we ended up ordering two cars.
The whole team at Annlyn Motors have bent over backwards, to make our experience a pleasant experience.
I picked up my car today and couldn’t be happier.

Took my Volvo V60 to Annlyn recently for service. Had not been to them before. Will not go anywhere else in the future. I had a little noise in the door that I asked them to have a look at while they did the regular service - it was a small irritant rather than a major problem, but the guys spent some time isolating the noise and fixing it and took me for an extended road test to ensure that they had fully resolved the issue prior to releasing the car back to me. Recently purchased a brand new Volvo V40 D4 from [Personal Name Removed] at Annlyn Motors at Penrith. After having a rather bad experience at another Volvo dealership, the service and whole experience was fantastic. I got to see the car the day before pick up to go through the new options I had (as I had been given a new year model), and the following day I was even given a loan vehicle whilst my old car rego plates were being transferred from my previous vehicle was a great help as I had to visit the the bank manager that morning.
