Everything was on the plan . Installation happened on the date booked. Fiona from customer service was really helpful. She was available to answer all my questions . My solar is working perfectly

Would not recommend
Zero communications once deposit paid. Lie and say they will contact for install however no calls (no messages left). Keep saying we called - no messages. Guarantee we'll have a date Monday - no communication. Absolutely disgusting once they get a deposit

Will NOT recommend this company. Stay away from them
the installer are a joke didn’t turn up on time even thought they’re the one who made the booking, didn’t finish the job and wanted me to sign the paper work when it’s not done properly, didn’t answer my call. The technicians are hopeless I needed help to connect to wifi setting he didn’t call me back untill I have to call him back, then I was told that he couldn’t help me and I was advised to contact SMA support by myself and fix this problem. Everytime I have to call this company I’m being passed on from one person to another. Very frustrat...Read more

Great Deal, Awesome Staff, and Fantastic Service
Great dealing with them in regards to pricing and customer care.
I'm very satisfied with the salesman (Greg Smith 206) how he handles my order and how he responded to my needs and queries, He's trying his best to meets the needs of his client. He's an honest and friendly guy. I will recommend him and the company Arise Solar, they well organize my upcoming installation in the quickest time.
Overall I recommend this company and their staff. They deserve a two thumbs up and a five-star rating.

Awesome, perfect.
Was so simple, we got AE Electrical to do our install, and they were super friendly and explained everything I asked about solar and more. The solar been working great.

No accountability and professionalism. The people don’t want to work.
Very difficult no design was set and information provided about installation. On telling the Company about the issue they were not happy and started accusing us for delaying the process.

Not professional, very poor
Installation was none professional, none caring, contract was on tile installation and they did flat installation. Damaged my roof now water leaks. Very rude staff, just passing to each other, not giving reply.

Finally got installed n turned on only took 3 to 4 months. Excited to see finally installed
Was bit disappointed in finished job panels were left loose fasteners not tightened. Inverter not secure . Screwed in to just fibreboard.
Neat wiring job
Had to chase them up constantly to get something organised to be fare we are in remote area but took along time.

Fast installation
The booking and installation process was very fast and easy. The installers were great while here. follow up was abit much as the contact centre called 4 times to confirm installation was complete so it seemed like the communication within the team wasn’t existent. we had to chase up with them via email and phone regarding a promotion they were running.

Very easy process - a little slow in installing but all in all cannot complain. Solar panels look good on the roof and hopefully we start to see the benefits in the near future.

Had no issues, great service, friendly installers. Arise solar checked to see if everything after the institution was completed . And a great price for the amount of solar planes, with no problems .

Happy with arise solar
I was not present for the installation so cannot comment on the process.
I have had no issues when dealing with the company and had good dealings by phone with the electricians who did the work.
