My parcel is stuck in NSW/Sydney for a week and it’s so urgent when are you going to send it to Perth.
Hii i have send my stuff to overseas pakistan when it will clear custom and whats the courier there in pakistan karachi who will deliver it to my home ?
I purchased a pallet full of items from china,received tracking number AQ848618837CN Tracking says it was cleared by customs and delivered.
I have not received any items at all.How can I check it has even arrived in Australia

Having same problem as many on here.
Parcel from US arrived in Sydney 4/11/2021. Tracking number EP990096154US.
Enquiry submitted after 4 weeks of non delivery with reply suggesting its with customs. Contacted customs and its not in their system.
Lodged 2nd enquiry with Aus Post same result.
Not good enough. I've worked for Toll and always tracked down missing items for customers.
Bring back Christine Holgate!

How do you find out where your import package is if import tracking 25th Nov 2021shows that it is in "customs clearance delay Melbourne" and Australian post do not have a tracking number because customs have not issued a first notice
Eventually found the carrier who was different to the senders, got invoice for customs and duty. and now told that it will be delivered shortly. seems to be on track (I hope)

DAI was the company that apparently brought the parcel into SYDNEY and then to MELBOURNE. After contacting them and paying the import costs as the parcel valuation was above $1000 AUD the parcel track...
Read moreing now shows that it " Cleared customs and was "Handed over to Partner Carrier " in SYDNEY at 2:26pm Wed 12th January. Australia Post tracking has since then advised " Its either waiting to be picked up from the sender or Ready for sorting at our facility". As there has been no change since the 12th January I have now lodged a query with Australia Post. Parcel was purchased 2nd November 2021 and is still to be delivered. Nearly 3 months!!!! Hi, I’ve been awaiting a package that’s stuck in Sydney awaiting intentional clearance for two weeks. I followed it up with AusPost via online enquiry but got the same useless response everyone seems to get - they don’t have it, it may be with customs etc. Can anyone from AusPost actually help above another unhelpful reply disclaiming responsibility? Hello guys, my parcel coming from india, and it is still in awaiting clearance . Few months back same thing happens with me, there was no scanning after awaiting clearance but after 13/14days i recieved notification that my item is out for delivry and i recieved. 1 year ago same thing happen but only difference was i recieved item with no furthur scanning.
Same guy sending me my parcel and always this happens with scanning.
I need to know HOW MANY DAYS normally customs take to send you seizer letter if being seized? My friend recieved seizer letter on 9th day which gives me little relaxation that may be my parcel not being seized only ems/ auspost tracking code missed or not working well.

Why u didnt call customs? Do u have legal stuff inside? Otherwise u can call customs. They never stop anything for no reason
customs will only say they don't have it in their database. Not so helpful because it means nothing to post, they keep going on with their mantra

Sometimes the item has left customs and it's not been scanned. That's happened to me several times.
I wouldn't stress unless a week or so goes by
