Item recieved by Shopmate 21st Aug and says it will be sent out within 3 business days. its the 3rd of September and inquiries to both shopmate and AusPost were not responded to. 00093493040004374385

Hi! A parcel was posted to me on Thu 22 Jun, and is still listing as Pending with no updates. Apparently it was posted via a postbox rather than in store (specifically one on Murray Rd in Preston, VIC). I'm just wanting to check whether it may have been lost, or whether this is normal as it wasn't posted over the counter. Tracking no. is 0307052902723006000994. Thanks!

Hi I placed an order from a shoe company and I’ve put the suite number in my address line 2 and placed the order. But I don’t think the suite number registered and now my packages have been delivered for a week now sitting there and shopmate haven’t contacted me. Is there anything I can do about it

I would like to bring Hearing Aids into Australia.
These have not been registered in Australia so the company cannot send them directly to Australia.
Can I have them sent to an address in USA and then sent to Australia.

Is there a way to get information about oversized package ie. the dimensions of my parcel as I am sure there is a mistake at your end.

My package from my forwarding address in the US has said “it’s being prepared” since Dec 7, it is now Dec 11! This is a Christmas present and the tracking says est. arrival Dec 15!! That’s not going to happy if it hasn’t even left the US yet! Can you please tell me if it has in fact left the US yet? (It says packages will be shipped within 3 business days!)

how long are parcels taking to arrive in australia once shipped from shopmates warehouse, at this current time, mine were shipped last Friday and the tracking hasn't even updated yet it says pending.. tracking 00093493040003713130

Package arrived at warehouse July 28. Same as everyone else here - package not showing as arrived in warehouse. Have sent 2 emails in past week trying to follow up - no response from shopmate.
Please advise what to do next.
Have used shopmate for years and never had any problem at all.

Hi, my item was classified on arrival as bedroom but it’s a woman’s coat. When I tried to change it and enter the descriptor cost I wasn’t able to change the category. I’ve contact shopmate but haven’t had a reply. Tracking no. 4100503761. I would love it resolved so I can ship it ASAP.
