During the build we had a few minor problems which were immediately corrected by our very competent Site Manager Adrian. I set myself a goal early this year to try and build my first home. I feel blessed that B1 was the the first display home I walked into on Cinnamon Rd in Dayton where there are so many to look at. The house was built this year and must say that we are happy with the outcome The build quality was pretty good. The building supervisor Ian is well presented, organized and responsive. The customer support/ client liaison team Natasha, Pam & Candice are brilliant professional and never had any communication issues, responded to all my emails. We have had a beyond amazing experience in building our first home. The workmanship throughout the house is very impressive and can not be faulted. This was our first home and we cannot fault the process. There was support from the start right until the end. I first saw sales rep Saf at shopping centre and he was really helpful he provided me with a lot options
I then got a look at all the different plans and the one I had chosen just stood out to me which made the choice easy!
I was able to make quite a few changes which made the house a home.
The thought of pretstart was quite scary but when I arrived Rachel had a lot of ideas and was able guide me through the meeting without any hassle. I received regular updates from Natasha on the progress of the build and her quick replies were fantastic...

The team at B1 was very professional and friendly. We live far away from where we built the house. The team updated us everything that was happening. The build went as smooth as it possibly could, B1 made it really easy from the beginning. They responded quickly to questions and all staff were really friendly. The build was managed very well and the quality of work was spot on, they also kept the site very tidy during construction. I would highly recommend them and would build again with B1.

The team at B1 was really good at what they do. they managed the build with such professionalism and the build was well managed with good workmanship. they keep us well informed of what's happening and always ready to help or answer any question that we had. we haven't had any issue with them so far and the house turned up pretty good.

The best thing about B1 is their team and staff. Every time I had an issue I would email or call and my answer would be responded to in a very fast manner. The build was managed very well and finished a head of schedule which was great. B1 is very well priced and you get more then what you are paying for in my opinion. The finish is good plus every time there is an issue they come and fix it. I chose B1 because I was on a budget but didn't want to go the cheapest these guys are worth it.

Excellent communication with customer liaison Natasha and foreman Adrian was totally on the ball at all times, completing our house way ahead of schedule - it only took 12 weeks!! Wonderful post-build support also, they don't just forget about you once the keys are handed over. Great attention to detail and clean site at all times. We couldn't recommend Adrian and Natasha at B1 Homes more. Thanks guys :)

Prompt, efficient and friendly customer service. Builder went above and beyond to ensure both time frame and quality were met. Even after the build B1 have been very supportive of helping to promptly fix very minor issues (as there has been nothing major) that we encountered. I would highly recommend this company and will build again with them. . .
