We have mold growing in our kitchen because of a burst pipe in our apartment block. BCS are the property managers and in spite of 3 months of phoning and emailing we still do not have any idea how this problem will be fixed. Personally the thing I can't handle is when I leave 9 phone messages and send 9 emails and every single one is not responded to,

This the worst strata managing company their aim is to act in an unethical manner in order to stay in the roll and keep making money and purposely making conflicts between lot owners because for every dispute and email they manage they make more money. Beware of the king of unethical conduct [name removed] followed by [name removed], [name removed], [name removed]. We have had several safety issues and up to date still we endure safety and [name removed] seems to enjoy put us at risk as he is the head of the Mona Vale Office.

I have been on our body corporate committee for a number of years. David Bonnici has been our agent during that time and has provided us with valuable practical help, a courteous manner and prompt replies to any of our queries. I am happy to recommend him.

I have been on our body corporate committee for six years now and over that time I have dealt with Charles Guthrie of Mona Vale BCS almost fortnightly. Kali is prompt, efficient and easy to deal with (which is very refreshing considering BC Managers are often the opposite). She is also passionate about her work and has been fantastic is dealing with some very complicated issues (including legal issues) at our property. Efficient and friendly, Jan is always prompt and knowledgeable with her replies and actions. We appreciate her attention to specific problems and her inclusive communication. Meetings are well chaired with all information on hand, and held at times to promote maximum participation.

Amie is efficient, professional and always friendly and helpful. She responds to issues and queries promptly and respectfully. She displays empathy as well as expertise in her field which ensures that resolutions are found when problems arise.

I was in a bit of a bind over flood damage to my property. I was at Central Coast and the property is in Townsville. I called BCS and the call was picked up by Catherine Gelonesi. I had rang the wrong office, but Catherine did not direct me to another number.
