I purchased 3 pendant lights, $150 each plus electricians costs, to my shock when one of the lights failed (past the warranty date of course), I was advised you could not replace the globes and that I would need to replace the whole light fitting, fail 1. I further enquired by email as to whether they still stocked the model, they didn't even reply, fail 2. So I went into the store, they advised me that this was a discontinued line, which means I have to replace all 3 lights with another model x3, which also means the added electrician's costs... fail 3!
We recently purchased new ceiling and wall lights and two outdoor fans.
The lights are stunning, they throw nice clear white light and look much nicer than the old ones we had.
The outdoor fans push so much air around, which is perfect for hot days.
Love love love them!!!

I cannot thank Ryan from the Heidelberg store enough, for going above and beyond to help me purchase a fabulous floor lamp for my son as a Christmas gift. The lamp was Product No: SKU 259110 Ledlux Wallace LED Mother and Child floor lamp with USB, which perfectly suited my son's trendy, new apartment. Nothing was too much trouble for Ryan in finding me the lamp I wanted via another store. The purchase exceeded all expectations, at a very economical price. I highly recommend dealing with both the Heidelberg and Burwood outlets, because of the brilliant customer service I received. I am one very happy customer who will not shop elsewhere in future when it comes to all things lighting. Thank you Ryan for caring so much about your customers!

Purchased 3 pendant lights in August 2017 - I know that was a long time ago, but we should expect lights to last longer than 4 years.
Warranty claim made against the lights at some point thereafter after 2 exploded and they were replaced without incident.
The lights mentioned above have been discontinued. According the store manager it was in part due to the fault of the timber element of the product contracting in the cold causing the glass element of the product to slide further down the pendant and then explode when the weather heated up a...
Read morend the timber expanded. Thus it clearly has a problem that would have stopped me from buying it had I known about it. When making my original claim there were two other ladies in the store at the same time with the same complaint on the same product. At the time I was informed it was a bad batch that was causing the problem and agreed to a replacement rather than a return. I now have the problem that it has happened again. The glass casing has once again exploded. It is my belief that the product is faulty and unsafe - these lights are hanging above our dining table and any level of injury could have been caused had we been seated at the time of the incident. You have no idea of the mess it makes when they explode, fall the dining table and explode again. If we had been seated at the time, imagine the injuries. I went back to the store and informed them about the fact they are unsafe, if not outright dangerous. I was told there was nothing they could do and I should put in a warranty claim to head office. I have done this 3 times now and not heard a word, no response, no acknowledgement - nothing.Hi Phil, I am sorry to hear of the issue with your pendant. We have been needing a reading lamp between our lounge chairs for a while. I'm so glad that we finally bought it. Good service at our local store and the bonus was that it was a great price too!

Love the curves of my new fan, (Line dc 132) can’t wait to do whole house. Pendants are beautiful and stylish too, loving the minimalistic look.
We purchased 3 pendants for our kitchen and one for our dining room.
The staff at the new Traralgon store were more than accommodating.

My home is still being built. Only got a message a day or 2 ago to say the order is now ready.
Don’t use the air conditioning as much anymore so they are saving money and a lot quieter. Very happy with the two I purchased

After a phone call to check on opening hours in the Port Macquarie store, we were pleasantly greeted by a staff member named Dale who was cheery and helpful. A visit to the store later in the after noon proved to be just as pleasant, with extremely efficient service from both Dale and Renee. Renee was more than helpful with our confusion in the selection of a ceiling fan for our our lounge room. We left with our purchase very satisfied with the way the sale was dealt with . Service was 10/10 and would not hesitate to visit again when future items are required

Purchased several lights from Cockburn store was told they would be ordered and delivered to store for pick up, time taken to supply was considerably longer than originally told and then when we went to collect we were told the globes to fit lights would need to be ordered in! Even though when we ordered lights we were told they would be in stock and that there was no need to get globes until we collected light fittings………….at this point we are still waiting for globes!

I’ve always purchased from Beacon in port. They always go the extra mile for me. Great advice from the store. Selection is great. For me it comes down to service 10 out 10!
Spent nearly $ 2000 on lighting with the store at Bendigo...... Utilised thier store as said could arrange the electrician etc.... On purchasing lighting with them was told they could not arrange a electrician and they would refund the switches etc if they proved not suitable... ... Collected lighting abt 4 weeks later......but could not get hold of local electrician immdiately......turned out switches were unsuitable......but rhe store then said they would not do a refund.....the best they could offer was a gift card..... Bought this ceiling fan from Beacon Modbury SA. The fan has stopped working now within 3 months. I got the receipt and i install the fan from licenced electrician. Ian Keel, store manager at Homeworld Helensvale and his assistant always took that extra step to assist me. Phone calls to the store were answered promptly and very friendly and helpful advice was always received.
Ian even visited my unit to offer further advice and was extremely patient and helpful with my questions and several changes of mind.
He personally delivered all the items to me just prior to my electrician's arrival.
I was also very grateful that my November discount price was held until January when I could first book an electrician to do the work.
The fans and lights chosen are perfect and I highly recommend Beacon Lighting at Homeworld Helensvale.

I am so pleased with both the rattan and concrete pendents I purchased.
They look great and we’re easily installed. Excellent value for the quality. Delivery of the rattan pendent was very fast while the concrete pendents took much longer due to stock availability- staff were always helpful when I made inquiries.
I will definitely purchase from Beacon in the future!

Have called into Modbury store three times since October. Each time, I have picked several lights to buy, each time there have been "none in stock, but they are expected at the warehouse". Do I just pick odd lights or does this store carry any stock at all?

Despite repeated calls which remain unanswered and an email from their Warranty Claims Department that they would be sending me spare parts (remotes) for two faulty fan lights at my vacation rental property due to their electrician not being able to undertake repairs till mid January, I have yet to hear from them. I understand this may be due to COVID but no one including the Thomastown store (Vic) has been able to provide an explanation. Not good enough Beacon Lighting!

I bought a glass shade that didn't quite fit my batten cover at home. After I took it back, they searched for a replacement in their catalogue and, since that was not in stock at the store, sourced it for me at another store. Also refunded me the difference in price and told me to contact them if I encounter further problems. All too easy!
