I ordered a product online from Shaver Hut and when it arrived it did not work. I kept putting different batteries in, thinking it was a battery fault, but no go. So I emailed Shaver Hut to ask what I should do.

They very quickly wrote back saying that sometimes the battery tips inside product may need adjusting., and that they will forward me another product ! I could have fallen off my chair in amazement. I wasn't expecting that.

Within a couple of days a new item had been mailed to me. When the first item did not work, I thought 'oh great, here comes weeks of mucking around'.... But instead it was a case of no fuss, no troubles, just amazing customer service.

Looked on line for a new hair clipper and found shaver hut to have the best price. Ordered on line and paid by credit card without a problem. The item was delivered within two days even though I live in remote Tasmania. This type of service is hard to come by in this area.

So thought id try this website out for a shaver after a friend told me they were cheaper than the other guys. Nice range to choose from. But most of all was the fact i ordered my shaver in middle of afternoon, and it was here by 10am the next morning. No way i expected that. This fact and the fact of saving money too.
