Excellent product
Very effective. But after a few doses, caused daytime lethargy, mild depression, irritability, poor short term memory while using this product. Excellent to induce sleep. Would recommend but be aware of side effects

If it is too good it will be taken out of the market
I have used the old formula by Bioglan which is now (Nov 2020) no longer available and it was excellent. You sleep deeply and wake up rested without feeling drowsy in the morning and it was non-addictive as many medicines are. It was only $6. It was inexpensive and too good, hence it's been taken out of the market and replaced with new ineffective formula not under the original name of 'Melatonin' but 'Sleep Easy' or similar (a placebo) at double the price for the consumer to spend more. It's what marketing does to you these days. When somethin...
Read moreg is too good it is taken out of the market and replaced by something of a lesser quality so the consumer keeps 'buying'. Pharmas and 'consumerism' go hand in hand. Be aware and do your research. Excercise is best for me now. Goodbye to the tablets.

Am sceptical of everything....but it works for me.
Very few things I buy Have worked for helping my horrendous sleep problems....till this...of ALL things! From a Chemist!! I’m sooooo suprised that my sleep is actually that...sleep and therefore I’m not nearly as irritable during the day. Some reviews say it doesn’t work.....maybe so, but what ever was wrong with me, it’s helped no end. Lisa

Works for me
This product has worked for me. I still wake up periodically through the night but always straight back to sleep. According to my fit bit tracker the quality and length of my sleep has improved significantly. It did take about a week to kick in. It would be nice to know what dose of melatonin is in the pills.

Very effective with no drowsiness in morning. Feeling a lot better.

The tablets are ok but the spray is super effective
After nearly 10 years taking endep I had become totally dependant on it to fall asleep. I was desperate to get off it because it's really low quality sleep that was causing other sleep related health issues.
I did some looking around and found that melatonin was generally observed to be effective so I gave the spray a try.
The first nights sleep was a revelation. Oh the dreams were wild and vivid particularly given you don't dream on endep. Dream sleep is healthy sleep so I knew I was on a winner.
I wake up fresh with no lingering effects.

Can you use bioglan sleep drops and sleep spray together
You could combine both of them in a large bucket and use the lot and it will have no effect. Not only do they not have any interaction effects, they separately do nothing. Homeopathic medicine is just...
Read more expensive water. I'm not even speaking figuratively. It is *literally* just water. Homeopaths will talk about this water having "memory"... look, it is just water. Any effect is purely psychological. This is not a comment about melatonin, which actually works. That is, it has a *dose* of the product. Homeopathic products are complete rubbish and have no such dose, and not even a single molecule of melatonin in the product. Not one molecule. Please save your money and buy a product with actual dosage. Melatonin works. Homeopathic anything doesn't --- even if they write "MELATONIN" in big letters and "homeopathic solution" in itsy bitsy letters... I think that says it all, really. Bioglan Melatonin is sold over the counter to relieve insomnia and nervous tension. With a 1.9-star rating, many reviewers gave this sleep aid a low star rating, and were upset that it didn’t work and left them sleepless.
The product contains a dilution of melatonin. As Bioglan states, ‘Rather than providing a milligram dosage of melatonin into the body, this homeopathic product enhances your body’s own melatonin production.
Many reviewers stated they were looking for a milligram dosage, which is only available in Australia with a doctor’s prescription. This might be a better option if you have persistent trouble getting to sleep.
