Our Roman blind fabrics are to be dry cleaned only. To remove surface dust, you can vacuum the blinds gently.

HI Ron,

Thanks for your question.

All you need to do is push back on the headrail box where the bracket is placed, and then rotate the back of the headrail down and it will unhook the blind from the brackets. If you struggle at all with this give us a call on 1300 761179 and ask for Matt and I will give you a hand.

Good Afternoon,

Thank you for your question here on product review.

Our thermal lining is made of a poly-cotton with one side brushed, giving the fabric a fleece like finish. This traps the air in-between the Lining and the colour fabric creating a thermal barrier. This lining still allows lots of light to filter through into the room.

Our block out Lining is 100% Polyester, and as the name suggests, blocks out all the light. It also has the thermal properties as the above lining as an added bonus.

We do currently have a Free upgrade to the block out lining available on our website. This is a great saving as it is our most expensive lining. We recommend jumping on the deal to lock in that special price.

We were very happy with the ongoing communication, timeliness of production and the price of a range of products, including shutters, PVC blinds and curtains. They answered several questions patiently via email. We paid a handyman to install them, and overall saved a lot of money compared to the quotes from the blind and cutain companies.

very happy with amazing electronic roller shutters, fantastic insulation for windows for light, heat, sound and storm protection, the company were brilliant with a local rep who had great knowledge about his product. Didn't just want to sell something, gave us ideas about what combination would save money, and what to think about before signing anything.

we have has guests ask about the shutters, which has made a huge difference to a room we could not use all the time

(There may be more on there, I did a 'ctrl+f' and searched for the word Shutter.

We only supply the curtains, not supply rods or tracks. They can usually be sourced locally from a fabric or curtain manufacturer. We find they don't travel well via Freight Companies unfortunately, so we've stopped supplying them.

Our Roller blinds are not designed to be held down at the bottom rail.

What I can suggest is to purchase small furniture felt stoppers and stick them on the back ends of the bottom rails. It won't stop the blind from banging but it will reduce the clanging.

All our Venetian blind blades are 100% blockout. The wider the blade the less light gap you will get on your window. We also offer a privacy blind which I have copied details below.

Privacy Slats - Limited Availability
We offer Privacy Slats (no holes) as an optional extra to achieve better light control and to have the ability to remove the individual slats for cleaning

Simply select this feature in Step 4 when completing the Design & Order details.

Privacy Slats add 20% to the total price of a blind.

NB. Due to being unable to match the ladder tape, we do not do Privacy Slats for the following colours.

To help with heat and cooling, I would recommend a white coated backing fabric, which is available as an option in most of or blind products. This finish will reflect some of the heat away from your window.

Honeycomb blinds are another product we offer online. This is the most energy efficient blind we have available in a light filtered and blockout finish.

Most of our fabric are made of up of polyester. For more information you can go online and click on the fabric sample itself. This will take you a pop up page which will give you more information the fabric you are interested.
