Can’t wait to use it all the time in summer. Have been using it a few times but weather is still cool. It’s been a bit of hard work when maintaining to start off with but now it’s getting easier.

We chose a 7 x 3 metre pool with a fountain, we used a white pebble crete for the interior.
From start to finish was flawless although I think it helped having an awesome site supervisor Adam to guide us through every process.
Pool was finished before time and we built in the peak of covid.
Pool looks amazing especially with the travertine grey tiles we chose.
Kids are already swimming.
Happy customer

3 times a week and all the kids really love it.
Very easily explained on how to maintain and look after the pool. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a pool.

I am waiting until the build has finished to see if Blue Haven can come good on their extended and multiple promises. Once completed I will do an accurate review.

Pool built in 2018. Took way longer than the contract time specified. Finally got the water in Dec 2018 but was awaiting heater. Open pipes still there and still no heater in 2020. Lawyers contact ignored. Then went to Fair Trading and was told it would be done that week. Still nothing ... not even a response from Blue Haven.

Our experience with Blue Haven Pools at Lansvale has been great so far. Remonda was quick to response to our initial enquiry and Roy is great at what he does - providing us with honest advice that meets our needs and budget, while being proactive in helping us to speed up the process given our circumstances. Keep up the good work!

Went in to blue haven pools today and met with Roy. Very happy with the initial service and everything was open and transparent. Roy looked after us to put together a pool that suited our needs! I look forward to a long relationship with these guys for this pool and for future builds!

Sandra from Blue Haven is excellent and have helped me in resolving my swimming pool issues. Overall, a good company. There were minor issues in coming back to me but they probably were related to COVID restrictions

We had Roy over from Bluehaven today. His professionalism and knowledge was fantastic and he had some great advice with his concreting skills to provide a competitive quotation.

Roy came out today to give our first quote for a pool and he left with a signed contract. From the moment he came he made us confident to go ahead with him. He explained everything thoroughly, gave us the best ideas for our pool. After contemplating for years whether to build a pool or not our dream pool is just 3 months away and with the best price tag!

Blue Haven built our existing pool 15 years ago which we used al the time. We are now building again and went back to Blue Haven as our pool is still going strong 15 years on

We spoke to Ramonda at the pool expo and she was so helpful and responsive to getting our pool started as we had a few restrictions we had to work around. Oor pool was started in February and is complete early June and ready to use once the weather warms up.
The entire pool install went without any fuss nor costly add ons that others had warned.
Highly recommend Bluehaven and will use them again if I was to again need a pool install.

Cleaning our concrete pool is a breeze and is done in minutes with just manual vacuum system as i believe that this is very calming and relaxing task to do

In purchasing a Spa from Lisa at Bluehaven Warners Bay she was able to deliver workable and cost effective solutions that meet our budget and satisfied our functional requirements of installing a spa. She has been proactive in providing additional information and as a result the buy/sell process has been a pleasurable experience.

Terrible aftercare. My pool lining has cracked and can’t get a response from blue haven in 9 months. One person passes you on to another and anyone you speak to does not work for the company anymore.

Huge thanks to Roy for visiting our property and for stepping us through in great detail the pool configuration possibility for our home. He listened to us intently and provided honest advise which stems from extensive experience in the pool building industry. He was also very transparent with setting project timeline expectations as well as costs - always ensuring we comfortably understood the process and what he was sharing. Blueheaven sales person by the name of Roy was a true legend. He explained every bits and pieces, all process from start to end and all the cost involved, Very happy so far.

The Blue haven team was fantastic, they were all professional from Sandra in the office, Frank the tiler, Glen the plumber and Abdul who finish it off with pebble plus Remonda the CEO who always helped with questions.

We were excited for our first pool in our brand new house. We had such a good experience with our home builder with regular updates and they were so easy to contact. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for Bluehaven. We never met the ‘site manager’ and there were multiple issues throughout the build. Getting a response was difficult and we ended up regretting our choice of supplier. We were financially compensated for the errors which was something but when you spend that much money on a pool you expect it to be completed as per the plan. The...

Roy from Blue Haven Pools has been great to deal with. He explained everything upfront with no surprises and did us a great deal on our new pool. He also got the whole process moving much quicker than expected and the team are coming out to excavate less than 1 week from signing off.
