So dissapointed
When i purchased this product was happy with the power and suction but soon the problems begun, the same issues as everyone else seems to be having. Cuts out all the time and cant even get through the whole house withput it stopping completely. Its been serviced, has new filters and filter in the barrel gets washed now after each use which still hasn't solved the issue. Wrote to Bosch...no response. Called Bosch...customer service agent was not helpful at all. Seems i am another customer who has had the same experience. Not a positive one which is very dissapointing. Its not an old machine and most vaccuum brands last for years.
Now I am wondering how Bosch will help?
Not a cheap machine.
Purchased for $800.00.

Not worthy of the name Bosch
2 Stars, why? The suction on this machine is great, the tools which come with it as well. But then there's the self cleaning function, the worst feature Bosch could've put into this otherwise great machine. With 2 dogs you get dirt in your house, but do you really need to fully wash that filter after every time you vacuum? I already got the previous model replaced as it was constantly cleaning, the new one is the same. I'm so disappointed to have spent so much money on this machine, we own several other Bosch devices but we'll never have another one of their vacuum cleaners. If you buy a Bosch vacuum, make sure it hasn't got the self cleaning feature, if they have a machine without it.
Purchased in June 2021 at Harvey Norman for $600.00.

Hi,
I already had the previous machine replaced and now bought a new one. The service was good but the machine just wasn't up to the expected standard. I wish there was a machine bagless without this self cleaning function

Very powerful and very quiet, but not perfect

The first thing I noticed using this was how AMAZINGLY quiet it it. With the suction turned to the mildest level you could easily carry on a conversation without even noticing that the vacuum is on. You can have a coherent conversation even with it turned all the way to max (although obviously, it's louder), so it's ideal if you want to do some late-night vacuuming or generally hate the din of a noisy vacuum, or don't want to disturb people in a neighbouring room. OMG SO EASY TO USE
I have fibromyalgia and find this a perfect vacuum to use. Picks up any hair from my puppy and leaves floors clean.
very easy to empty.I was looking for a Miele but this was easier to use.Has a heavy duty vacuum hose. The suction is good as well. Worth a try

Wouldn’t use again
I brought this product for my Mum, and it’s one of the worst vacuums she’s used. It misses things and it quite heavy which makes it hard to move around the house. Will be getting a different one next time. I have brought from this brand before and would of expected more.

Nice at first but wait a while and it will frustrate!
After researching and comparing between Dyson and Bosch we chose Bosch after some previous good experiences. Oh what a let down!!! A year after buying it stopped sucking, and the repair agent tried to charge us to fix it even though it was under warranty, Bosch said they would wave the it as a one off? oh thanks but thought that is what a warranty is for and it was in perfect order? What they don't tell you (or the excuse we where given) is that dog hair has oil in it and after a while that oil builds up in the vacuum an exudes a smell which is not what you want in your house, it ain't no nice perfume. Major design floors. How could they get it so wrong.
Worst vacuum ever. Major design issues. Makes vacuuming a nightmare.
1. Wheels have about 1mm of clearance. Vacuum needs to be dragged across capet as if it had no wheels at all. We have very low pile carpet and it feels like there are no wheels and it takes a reasonable amount of effort to drag it where you want it to go.
2. Power cord too short. Only good for one SMALL room. If you go too far and pull on the cord it starts retracting when you dont want it to. You will pull on it without knowing, then move in a different direction and the c...Read more
