Loved the machine, after trying many cleaners and pressure cleaners, this one certainly brought my tiles/ grout up like new after many years of tenants. I can certainly recommend for all to hire

I've hired the Britex carpet cleaner a number of times and I'll start by saying it is easy to set up and does a good job. Today the brass socket at the back was broken and leaking all over the carpet. I called the BRITEX helpline who really didn't seem to care. Very dissapointed there appears to be no checks before hiring these products which make them unreliable

Used britex to clean dirty carpets. I have 6 week old baby with me . I want to ask that if britex kills bacteria and germs or not. Britex did cleaning but that foul smell is still there, how to get rid of that.

it is a very overrated product. Noisy as hell doesn't clean at all. takes a long time to dry. And left an oddly Shapes in the carpet. Thinking seriously to replace all my carpets. Can't bear those oddy spots left by the machine. Save your money and don't use it

After reading the reviews here and then getting some quotes from local businesses, I thought it was worth a shot to save some $’s.
Very glad I did and I know I will be using again. It was easy to use and very satisfying seeing all the dirt I was removing. I got a 6 piece lounge, 1 lounge room carpet and my car done so big savings for me today.
Tip 1. if possible move lounge pieces onto a tiled surface so u can suck up excess water.
Tip 2. Have some epson salts ready so u can soak and reward the body as I did find it was a pretty good work out.

I have been living at rental property which had unending stains on the carpet. Got Britex from local bunnings and it magic clean. Can't be happier.Thanks

I just moved into a new rental property and the cream carpets were disgusting!! Upon inspection I reported I would only move in if the carpets were professionally cleaned. I was told “the carpets were professionally cleaned but are still heavily stained” when I moved in I couldn’t believe it! They looked no better! I drove on down to my local Bunnings where I picked up a Britex, I had used them once or twice before but never on a light coloured carpet. Well what a relief! Majority of the staining is gone! I no longer need to go buy hundreds of dollars of rugs to cover up the monstrosity! Absolutely reasonably priced $39 for 24 hours!

I hired this machine today from my local Woolworth’s store and I can honestly say it is absolutely an amazing product. We had our couch professionally cleaned 2 years ago paid a fortune they did their extraction cleaning that lasted all of 20min and didn’t look much better. This product left my nick scali 5 seater lounge looking like it just came out of the shop brand new. I used it with the upholstery tool but used deep cleaning carpet cleaner and defoamer. Amazing amazing

I Hire the carpet cleaner from Woolworths and I bought 1L of "deep cleaning carpet cleaner" that should dry in 4 hours. For 60m2 I filled up the tank B with hot water just twice, left all windows open but are passed 12 hours and the carpet is still wet. It looks really clean, but the fact of not drying easily (how specified on the Britex product) is annoying me a lot. I hope is going to be dry for tomorrow morning.

Spray handle did not work and machine continually sprayed out water. Black suction tube kept coming apart so I taped it up

We regularly hire a Britex from our local woollies to keep the carpets in our self contained cabins looking their best. Always very happy with the result, far better than the result from the carpet cleaning contractor we used to use, possibly because we spend more time going over areas. It is slightly big to lug around although it is reasonably light, that would be my only negative comment. Retails price is around the $1500 dollar mark.

Been using a guy for years to clean our carpets and he was ok but was in and out quickly and I thought he could clean it better if he spent longer on it. On the weekend our dog spewed all over the place and needed it cleaned quickly as the smell was shocking. Hired for 24 hours At Bunnings and cleaned it really well. The professional we used had told me don't use shampoo instead use one cup of white vinager in the clean water. For stubborn stains use a Good quality Soda Water sprinkled over the top of the stain and then clean again. Highly recommend the Britex cleaner.

Hired a Britex Carpet Cleaner from Woolworths. The staff member that assisted me showed me where I had to put the defoaming and cleaning solutions. I chose to hire the machine for 48 hourse. This allowed me to clean all of my carpets and a rug whilst playing Tetris with my furniture. The carpets came up really well. I definitely recommend having some heaters on and a dehumidifier to assist with drying the carpets. I am planning on hiring again in a year.

Have been using other machines for years until I came across this one. Had no problems what's so ever. One thing that made me very satisfied was how easy it was to use and move around the house. The suction from the vac was very strong. Very happy

I hired the Britex carpet cleaner from my local Woolworths today and bought the cleaner and defoamer. The unit seemed quite big initially but it is easy to move around. I have two dogs and my carpets are light coloured with quite a few stains from the dogs so I didn’t have all that high hopes for a good result. The unit is very easy to set up and also to use. Once I started I noticed an immediate result. It does a very good job. It does take a bit of time and heavily stained areas needed a few goes but it got up every stain. Quite phenomenal how much grime it gets up. Needless to say the dogs are no longer allowed in the carpeted rooms. Very happy with the end result.

I hired a unit for around $40 AUD from my local supermarket, on hire I was suspicious as to wether it would be truly worth my time and effort. I got it home and hooked it up, follow the instructions on the side of the unit and I had a perfectly clean car in no time. It work really well in removing the dirt and grime from the seats as could be told by the color or the water in the waste bucket. I ended up cleaning three of our cars it was that successful. I reccomend watching a how to video on YouTube to get you off to a flying start. Highly recommended!
