I needed a quick solution to a temporary problem. It was easy to find the product on line, it was easy dealing with the customer service agent who then processed everything on the day, and whilst the didn't promise to have it delivered by a certain date (of course :) I wanted it 5 days ahead of their product delivery time frames), she strived to do so.... voila! Bought an office chair and was very happy with it. Over 1 year later the chair had a problem so i thought i would contact the seller (wasn't expecting much) not to mention it was during the Christmas/new years period. order placed on friday 1/12/18 - received no order or receipt acknowledgement until this was chased up - on 4th was advised order to be dispatched in next 2 days (i..e. 6/12) no delivery by 10/12 so contacted company 3rd time - now advised item had been 'dispatched' from their warehouse so they had no idea when it would be delivered - i should contact the courier company - they gave me the tracking number - courier company website advised 'items are delayed' This courier company has been chosen by BuyDirectOnline but once dispatched from the warehouse, BuyDirectOnline sheds all responsibility - think twice before ordering from this supplier especially if the item is required within a 2 week delivery period
