I highly recommend this company mainly because if there's a mistake (not by this company) made this company revolves it quickly.
This company advertised a product trusting their supplier's description only to discover that their supplier didn't describe their product correctly.
Once this company was given the correct description they changed their website and offered me a choice of refund.
I'm one very happy customer who can't speak highly enough of this company.

When I had trouble assembling one of the products I ordered, I received excellent customer service with Josh providing fast email and phone support and going out of his way to talk me through the job.

Guy was very helpful - I needed a sample chip to see if our desk order was going to match current furniture in our office. This was sent by parcel post in the next day or 2 with a tracking number.
Once I needed to place the order the website was very user friendly.
I also wanted to support a local family business.

I ordered a filing cabinet on-line and it was available for pick-up within 5 days. Owing to family circumstances, I wasn't able to collect it for almost 3 weeks. However, communication with Vicki at Buy Direct was great; she was extremely helpful and understanding. I'm also very happy with the product.

Great customer communication - Vicki in Adelaide was great, and informed me every step of the way of where my products were and when they would be arriving. Have some more things to buy, and will be purchasing from them - arrived in 3-4 Days, no complaints here!! Even Dave the delivery driver was exceptional.

Whilst I had a couple of issues regarding stock and communication in the beginning, the exceptional team at BuyDirectOnline went above and beyond to rectify the situation quickly and efficiently, resulting in a great outcome in the end.

I ordered 2 kneeling chairs. One arrived quickly, the other didn't. Emails were sent, phone called made. After 2 weeks they tell me it's not available. Ok, I say, there is another model? Yes let's get that one. Paid the difference, waited other two weeks, and after I sent an email they replied, we are sorry, it's not available, do you want a refund? Yes, I say.
Refund issued $100 dollars, money paid $265.5. Bad communication, bad service. I won't buy from here in the future.

For our school, I purchased 5 acoustic panels. The site was very easy to search to find what I wanted. The range was excellent, as were the prices and speed at which the panels could be made available. The quality is very high. The delivery man was very helpful and friendly. We put the feet on ourselves and it was simple and the connections were very strong.

Unfortunately, my trusty Ergohuman office chairs started descending on me intermittently over the last few weeks - it is coming up for three years old. I contacted the company via email describing the problem. They replied within 24 hours and asked for photos of the chair. I sent them and within a few hours they confirmed that they had spare lifters and sent them to me. They arrived within a few days. The service and response was awesome. Highly recommended.
