Company isn’t Australian, based in India
Before you buy from Canvas Champ, keep in mind that they are based in India. Indian cheap quality, no customer service and the usual delays when buying from overseas. I can’t understand how they can legally advertise as being in Australia. Don’t be fooled like I was with their .com.au website and 1800 number, everything is diverted, made and sent from India. Was olso charged bank international transaction fees using Paypal for paying to this Indian company.

Pillow with a picture of our Dog on it & recieved a free (except shipping) canvas for another pic. Really pleased with both, great quality, fast delivery, well packaged.
Terrible quality prints, and not Australian despite appearances
The print quality of the metal prints is simply atrocious - garish colours and pixelated image despite a high quality image submitted and extra paid for getting a real person to review the proof. Also, the edges are trimmed poorly with two sides cutting far into the image, and the aluminium itself is dull and cheap.
The package arrived from overseas after several weeks wait, so this is not an Australian company despite their Australian look from the website. I cannot recommend this company.
Absolutely terrible quality
The print quality so was poor, the cutting of the fabric was COMPLETELY UNEVEN - they literally cut INTO my print whereas other areas weren't even cut. DO NOT order from here, they are cheap for a reason.

Don't bother
Had a return that was sent to them on the 16th of the 8th this year and over a month later still waiting for the refund being told 5 to 7 days that thay have sent it only after the bank and legal action was started did I get my refund
Instead of a cup with photo, I received a totally black cup with no photo attached
I ordered and downloaded a photo to be placed on the cup. I went with this company as the cup was more expensive that other sites so I thought it should be better quality. Instead when I received found only a blank cup with no photo. Contacted the company and got no reply. Totally crap company.
Complete scam - do not use!!
Order something that was never delivered. Then had to chase a refund and they continue to not process it.

Package not in stock and no refund received
I made an order for a gift, but was then told the parts for my order were no longer available and there would be delays. I cancelled the order and was told there would be a full refund, but it has been over a month and still no refund has been received.
They don't ship their items
My order never arrived I tried contacting them numerous times, but no one tried helping me. Stay away!!!!!! Total scam!!! Pay a few extra dollars and receive your order

Terrible quality
Ordered magnets, terrible quality, blurry and awful colour resolution. They offered to replace them and never did despite two follow up emails. Don't bother go straight to Popic, they are cheaper and infinitely better quality
Terrible quality photo prints
All of my 8 x 10 prints have big lines through the middle of them. Colours are very dull (images ordered an all very vibrant originally) high quality images uploaded yet multiple prints received were also very blurry looking and poor quality. Disappointing, thought it was an Australia company due to the domain however it is an Indian company. Wouldn’t use again.
DON'T USE THIS BUSINESS FOR METAL PRINTS unless you want them dull, lifeless, unclear and damaged.
Metal prints... beware!

Waste of money and time
Ordered a photo mug and umbrella. The Photo mug has a creepy image in black instead of the colour print. Its placed wrongly on the mug. Umbrella are the photos out of place. Heads and arms cut off. Put complain in. Printing is done in India. Got a voucher offered to order on website. Every cent is a waste of money. Never will order again.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Ordered and paid for a pillow on the 18/02/23 for my sons 5th birthday. It was a gift he personally asked for so that's the most disappointing thing about not receiving it. Was supposed to receive it by 2/03/23. Have not received anything at all. I've made numerous attempts to contact them but no luck at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Only gave it 1 star as they don't let you choose Zero.
Keeping an open mind at this stage
Edit, I changed it from 3 to 5 stars. My parcel turned up today, the courier left the card at the wrong address the other day and brought it today. My mother loves it.
It looks like an Australian company but when you look at the tracking it is a company based in India. My parcel is currently doing a trek around regional Victoria even though the address is for Tasmania. It was meant to arrive by yesterday according to the website (that was a public holiday so I wasnt expecting that). Looking on DHL it is arriving by the 19/4/23.

I have been promised a delivery of 30 May which is why I proceeded with the transaction, emailed to find out the delivery a status of my delivery but no reply. How the heck does this company continue to be top of google search????? Any one at Canvas Chap please give me some feedback as this is a gift!
