Brilliant little bedroom air conditioner
We've had this Carrier in our bedroom for almost 2 years now and it has worked flawlessly. It will cool our 4x4 bedroom quickly and is very quiet both inside and outside, and the remote control is easy to use.
Purchased in June 2021.

Avoid carrier as they avoid their warranty obligations
Once a great name in air conditioning, the word and brand of Carrier is mud now. Here's our story. New 3.5kw system installed Oct19. Air-con died Dec19. First call to Carrier transfers us to some local repairer that sais "I'll charge you for the callout and if you don't like it, take me to court". We call back, use a different postcode and a girl answers. We advise the air-con has died, only a few months old and under warranty. She replies "I'll charge you $175 for the call out fee, if we determine it is due to an installer issue, you have misu...Read more
sed the air-con, have over used it, have not cleaned it, or ran it too long on very hot days". Well Carrier, you can expect a call from Fair Trading QLD and after they have weakened you at the knees, we'll be coming after you and your trained monkeys via QCAT.
Purchased in October 2021 at Bunnings Warehouse for A$1,699.00.

Good unit at good price
I bought the unit the found it one of the best in price compared to all other major brands and good quality and features. Compared to other big brands this is best option.

Seems Fine So Far
We had to buy this specific air con as it was the only size that fit inbetween the wall and the window skirting. It seems pretty good so far. Quiet enough. Remote has a ton of functions. It has a very bright LED light that shows the temperature but this can be turned off so there are no lights what so ever. Does our sons room perfectly. Its only 4m x 3m.
