Could not be happier with our new home! We engaged Chatham homes to build a custom built house for us to which we were not disappointed.

From the initial sales appointment we felt at ease that we had selected the right builder for us. Starting with the initial design through to colours and then construction.

Throughout the construction process we had great rapport with our site supervisor. We found him very easy going and nothing was ever to much trouble. Could not be happier with the finished product to the point where we have had multiple people knock on our door asking who built our home for us.

The team at Chatham Homes were professional from the minute we contacted them to the very end of construction. They were quick to start construction and finished ahead of time. The quality of construction was excellent. They were more than happy to change things along the way so cater our needs and quick to fix any issues that we were not satisfied with. They were prompt at returning our calls and quick to alleviate any concerns. Furthermore, we were happy with the turn key package. There were no surprises with costing. From the beginning, they were upfront with the budget and no hidden costs. We are very happy with the whole experience - too easy!! I will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

My partner always mentioned how great her experience was with Chatham and I never truly understood until I went through the process myself.

I can’t single employees out and say how great they are as every single staff member I have dealt with are beyond amazing to deal with. It is a true testament to Ivan and Mazona. Nothing is too hard, service is impeccable. Chatham don’t treat you like you’re just another number like many of the big builders do.
