poor customer service and handling of customer's information
I ordered the $18 for 20GB sim card deal on 2nd January and it was supposed to arrive on 3rd January but it did not. Turns out the parcel was lost so i reordered another one. Meanwhile, they sent an invoice dating from 1st Dec to 31st Dec to me, when i am connected with another network provider. They sent an apology shortly afterwards. I chatted with the Circles.Life customer support online to get help with the activation of the sim card and number transfer, they did not understand some of my questions, and they accidentally sent someone else's bill to my chat box. This shows how careless they are in handling customer's information and other mass generated emails, so i cancelled the number transfer immediately.

Don't ... Just Don't
Ordered a Sim and had the wrong number transferred to the sim, have spent a week trying to get it fixed all to no avail
- Have been told it is my number from previous provider and they did not make a mistake?! You would think I would know my own number?
- Have been told a Manager would call me every day to to solve the problem - no calls
- Have to do all the chasing to get anything done - they do not see it as a problem that they transferred the wrong number
-Lots of promised to fix or get the right person on then when you follow up they hav...Read more

Circles.Life is literally making me run around in circles
While I have not actually had any problems with the accessibility/signal of the network, I have been having issues trying to deal with their customer service. Not only do they never reply to emails at all, they never answer voicemails left at their contact number due to their lack of contact centres. Their live chat is based in the Philippines and does not understand the situation that customers life myself are experiencing, and I have been running around in circles trying to get a resolution for a service problem I am having. I will be leaving...Read more
Circles.Life as soon as I find a suitable provider to switch over to. I do not recommend being lured by their cheaper plans, however, if you want to waste your time when you encounter a problem then maybe Circles.Life is right for you.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

TERRIBLE experience,
unfortunately I had a TERRIBLE experience, I signed up after the guy on the chat explained the discounted rate for a referral. I followed the process and they didn't honour the discount. contacted them several times - they said they will email a solution but didn't email. I have given up - going to a different provider

Not received Sim but being billed.
Was supposed to receive Sim card on the 31st Dec.today is the 16th January no Sim card. Have just received an account dating 1st December to the 31st and up to the end of January 2020. I am still connected to my original service not to circle
Have sent several emails explaining the above but to no avail. How on earth do I get through to these people that I am not and now never will connect to them.

$100 for 10gb Payg Scam!
My bill has $600 for excess charges. Microsoft had reason to believe that these guys were a scam and all emails blocked. No warning. They refuse to remove the charges.

Crap coverage, and crap service, incorrect billing
Advertises full Optus network. False. I have been with Optus and Optus resellers for years. Circles.Life coverage is very poor and drops out, in the same locations I have never had a problem with. This is 100% false, and other reviews confirm this.
Crap service. They boast responding to emails and messages within minutes. Reality: over 2-3 weeks. Calls are over 2 hours to answer. Expect nothing than standard non helpful textbook answers.
Voicemail: Ohhh, by the way, they are the ONLY mobile provider in Australia that doesn't...Read more
provide a VM service AT ALL. Billing: I have had a mobile for 23 years. I know who I call and SMS... I did nothing different with Circles, and 2 of my bills have random text messages and calls that I have no record of. Circles just want to go in circles and blame everyone. I didn't have this with Optus or other Optus resellers. Data performance all over the place, but hard to tell if that's Circles or Optus, but without solid evidence, it 'feels' slower.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Do not sign up
Update- Despite being advised not to cut the disputed number off, they did and i lost it during 4 mths of fighting them- won last week but they wont allow port out. Do not use this company.

Disgusting company
I transferred my number and it never got put onto the Sim that I received. After back and forth for two weeks it never worked and I had to request to cancel my number and leave them altogether. They have now sent me a bill that has costs that they don't advertise including the pro-rated charges for a service I never received or used in anyway. I now have emailed them further because no way will they get my money.

Worst customer service
I figured $18 a month for 20GB of data was a steal... and it is in comparison to other Telcos. No lock-in contract, but easy month to month payments with no topping up. Just what I wanted.
There’s a catch somewhere though right?
Right.
I didn’t think I’d ever need to use their customer services, it’s a rarity that you need to speak to your network provider. Except for the ongoing issues I’ve had with Circles.Life.
- a failed port x 3 times
- they then closed my account with no warning (something to do with my initial failed ports) and trie...Read more

Don’t do it!!
I thought it was a great deal. Turns out it was too good to be true. Very very dodgy. I stayed with them for 4 hours - and within those 4 hours, I apparently I used 4gh of data whilst sending 6 messages. I ran straight to Aldi. That didn’t stop them from charging me through the roof. There is no customer service, no one you can call at all. There is no integrity - they are simply crooks. Please don’t do it.

If I could rate them less than one star, I would.
Took them 9 business days to activate my number. No way to contact them. Lied about my data usage. Won't give me the correct account number for me to leave. Sad!

Good but first sim never came
So far so good, signed up for the 100GB plan for $28 a month. I transferred from Optus so the speed and coverage is the same as they run off Optus anyways.
Only negative I’ve had so far is I was without a usable phone for about 1.5 days while the transfer was done. Only a problem if you’re going from Optus.
First SIM card sent didn’t come but second one was here the next day.
Web chat is helpful and quick to respond.

terrible
I received additional charges without warning. There is no tech support. I asked for a refund and cancellation and no one replied. Terrible services and scamming set-up with data charges. I thought this was made illegal in Australia years ago

Brilliant
This is the best network provider, new but brilliant service from start. I am so glad that I sign up. Easy to sign up online, super fast sim card delivery, prompt and smooth transfer of my telephone number, user-friendly Android app to keep track of usage and billing, and great value for money. What's there not to love.

Review of sign up process and first 24 hours
Opted for the promotion of $10 off for 12 months on their $28 plan (unlimited calls and 20gb data).
Signing up was easy with an being email being sent when you moved onto each stage. The time it too from online form filling out to being connected on the network was 48hours with no issues other than being cut off suddenly from my previous provider while away from home as I did not have the Circles sim with me at the time.
There is no voicemail service in the traditional sense where you set a greeting and have an inbox etc. However callers do h...Read more
ave the option of leaving an audio message that is sent to you via SMS free of charge within Australia. 4G speeds are decent, clocking in at 145mb/s @ 10am for downloading and 45.6mb/s for uploads - better than some internet home services. Unsure what reviewer below has experienced regarding the CC authorisation "skimming" they did take $0.10 from the card for authorisation, however I can see right now that it has been credited back to the CC - through no involvement on my end. No issues thus far for me personally.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

First impression is outstanding
Signed up with Circles Life $18/month 20GB for my daughter as it is cheaper (of course with discount for 12 months) and got more data for her. Even though it is a Post paid service but on a month to month basis, cancel anytime with no penalties (even within the 12 months promotion period).
Ordered the SIM around midday Friday 27/12/19 & selected the same day (6pm-7pm) delivery; and was very surprised and happy to receive it later that day as promised. Then Sunday night (around 11pm) initiated the transfer of my number over to Circles - and BOO...Read more

I've only been with them for only a month and a half so far. Haven't had any problems yet. Transporting to them went smoothly and successfully. Still waiting on my first bill.

Worst Telco
Since 24/12 to 4/1, they failed to port my number. I chatted with four different customer support who promised an update which never came. When I finally asked to cancel I was offered 1 month free but didn't take it as they didn't inspire confidence. Ironically, the cancellation was quick. Look somewhere else.

How do I set up voicemail please?

Major problems with this non VM service, especially if you rely on hospital & specialist/ government services.
A. private #'s (cannot see who has called)
B. gov. services, as a general rule, will not leave a voice message if they can't identify who you are on the # they have called. (epic fail)
You have been warned.
Thank you pianotech. Yes! I had not realised it was a non-voicemail service. This does make things a bit awkward as I do like to screen calls and not everyone leaves tex messages...

There is NO voicemail - just a missed call service
Paper cups, string and sticky notes......
There is no Vm. If someone calls you get a text, they can leave a voicemail and it is sent to you as an mms. You cannot turn this off, nor change the greeting.
Don’t do it.
Thanks Guys
