So Good!
I have both of my kids with Circles.Life and had no issues! No issues with network coverage. Download speeds are fast - kids not complaining at all which is very important!

So far so good!
Everything has been true to their word so fast. Received my sim next day, ported within hours and have had seamless connectivity. Network is completely fine - no different than Vodafone.

Disappointing
I live in Perth.Well it's been just 15 days I am using circles.life. while in city, the internet is good but at home it sucks, mainly during night. I have even filed complaint about it and they are saying they are going to improve it.but there is none. I am not very happy with the internet speed. Sometimes it drops to 2g :(

Value for money - easy number porting, setting up and great customer service
My wife and I ported our numbers from Optus. Initial inquiries via webchat was excellent, the porting of numbers was seamless and the dispatch/receipt of new SIM cards was superfast, and the performance has been exactly the same since switching - albiet on a better plan.

Straight forward great value
Sign up process was incredibly easy, and fast. My number was seamlessly transferred.
Coverage is strong everywhere I go in Sydney.
No dropouts experienced.
Data download speeds are fast, often faster than my home wifi.
The price feels very competitive, and based on the coverage / ease of use I feel I made the right choice.

Cheapest in Australia, no frills, just perfect for me
I had a concern porting my prepaid number as I left it late and had the risk of losing my number. The Circle.life support ported it using online chat within an hour.
Based on Optus network, thus, if you work in the mines or somewhere in the middle of nowhere this is not for you.
Data download speeds are reasonable, hopefully they'll have 5G available soon.

Simple, fair price, good value
I come from Telstra and although I miss VoLTE I cannot fault CL. Their whole process has been easy from the beginning. It took 2 days for the SIM to arrive plus 2 hours port in. After that network coverage has been what I expected.

It's been perfect for me. Good communication. No drop outs and definitely a very good price.
If you do experience drop outs check your wifi internet and provider. I've had no problems and more recently the weather could be a problem not circles.life. Worth trying as there's no hidden costs or contact

Bad Application Design Structure
Unable to access the mobile app for my bills due to the country selection issue on my playstore and that's it. No other alternative ways of getting my bills than to have to contact the support team every single time I want to make a payment. And the support team is not able to provide a long term solution nor even help to escalate the issue to relevant teams to come up with a better resolution. And the customers are expected to work on the alternative solutions instead i.e. advised to install the app on friend's or relative's phone to check my own bills. Gosh, how can that even be a solution. How about a web application that allows customers to access their bills and information whenever they need as an alternative? *Face palm*

Still charging me for a service I was never able to connect
I was wanting to import my existing number and they couldn't make it happen. I have now asked them to cancel my service (which I was never able to actually use) three times and they keep charging me. So I've paid $60 and never used their service.

Best value for money $20 plan (after discount applied) available
I ported across from Belong where I was paying $25 per month for 10Gb to Circles.Life where the standard plan is $28 for $20Gb with the first 3 months at $20 after the discount is applied. The performance is exactly the same as the Optus SIM in our other phone. No problems with porting the number or with billing.

Bad bad bad
Since I joined Circle.life I had continuous problems with connection. I called multiple times to try to get it resolved. First experience with customer service has been quite... I asked to explain a phrase they used (I am not a native English speaker) to be sure to fully understand what they was saying. I think I have a pretty good level of English, but that was a pretty specific word/expression referring to connection-mobile stuff. So instead of considering they were chatting with a foreigner customer and paraphrasing to make it clearer, they ...Read more
said that that was the simplest way to say it so they couldn't help with it. It was a pretty rude and disrespectful answer. So I rated the chat as bad explaining why. They tried to call me multiple times to make me change the rating. The lady was super understanding and helpful and again said she would have reported this and debrief the person etc etc and offered to give me some more giga for the following month. I was satisfied and changed my rating. The next call centre 'happiness' people seem always SO understanding, EXTREMELY keen in helping reassuring you non-stop that they will do EVERYTHING to fulfill your request and make you happy. The problem is, they say they have solved it or escalated but then nobody actions on it. After a few days every time I called nothing changed. They said twice they are gonna send you an update via email and never happened. They said TWICE they were gonna send a new Sim card as last resource to solve the connection issues, and THEY DIDN'T. The second time I CALLED to asked why, they said oh you should have confirmed the request at this link... BUT NOBODY TOLD ME before! I really felt they were making fun of me with all that super keen attitude and reassurance because every time I called again thy gave me a different version of the situation. EVERY TIME. I have been struggling with work and study because of this connection issues for almost a month now, and lost a lot of time chatting with customer service just wasting my time. Hey give you the illusion they will solve all your problems but it's just talk. As a last gem... I never got the extra Giga the lady promised me at the phone. After this, I lost it, and yesterday I joined Vodafone.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Been Waiting Over A Month
First sim card was supposed to arrive December 31st but finally arrived Jan 14th, after complaining. The replacement sim arrived the next day. All i could get was emergency calls only. Network error message "not in range". I was sent a bill in error which they withdrew & apologised the next day. Tech support were actually good & another replacement card was supposed to arrive last Friday; it's a week late. I don't know if the problem is circles or australia post.

Best network, Best Internet speed
I believe all below negative comment are fake or paid. I personally had best experience with this sim card
I was on Road trip to Melbourne and coverage was best in all areas the YouTube video were loading super fast even when I was driving @110km/ph.
I also got Vodaphone sim which was hardly getting reception while I was in traveling to Melbourne.

Most terrible service ever
I would rate them 0 starts. Inquired about a sim, then tried to contact them many times and couldnt get a hold of them for a few days. Advise via email I no longer need their service and cancel sending the simcard. Now they made an inquiry against my credit file and I never used their service nor activated their sims.

A Telco that's not only hateable, but disgusting
Alright, after spending some months, I tried to port out to Moose. It's taken more than 24 hrs and guess what Circles.life rejected my porting request. I had a chat with a lady called [name removed], who further mentions that it takes another 24-48 hrs ( I have chat transcript to provide as a proof to everyone out here how appalling their service actually is). These people are disrupting the market with lower price, overlooking quality and creating price war for a service which connects people- remember how crucial it is for us to stay connected considering current adverse conditions. These people should be universally discarded. I have every reasons to be hard on them.

It's a no from me.
Have never had a problem with my phone plans but this has the worst reception wherever I go. It's great that it is cheap and all but i am absolutely done with the slow speeds, takes forever just to load up anything at all!

No point having heaps of perks if they don't work.
Network coverage was good, but would frequently need to be reset as of there was a data limit that had been hit.
Speeds are so slow that many apps stopped responding as if they didn't have a network connection.
And cancelation is a pain too. Will not return to the optus network again with circles.life or others.

Great price from a very inexperienced company
Everything is fine I guess if things go well but my experience is that they failed to follow my direct debit. My two bills did not reflect the $10 discount. I had to pay the higher price and they have promised a credit for the future but I don’t want to stay with them that long.

How do I set up voicemail please?

Major problems with this non VM service, especially if you rely on hospital & specialist/ government services.
A. private #'s (cannot see who has called)
B. gov. services, as a general rule, will not leave a voice message if they can't identify who you are on the # they have called. (epic fail)
You have been warned.
Thank you pianotech. Yes! I had not realised it was a non-voicemail service. This does make things a bit awkward as I do like to screen calls and not everyone leaves tex messages...

There is NO voicemail - just a missed call service
Paper cups, string and sticky notes......
There is no Vm. If someone calls you get a text, they can leave a voicemail and it is sent to you as an mms. You cannot turn this off, nor change the greeting.
Don’t do it.
Thanks Guys
