Do not attend presentation - high pressure to purchase
We attended and at the end of them buttering us up we decided to decline their offer. Best thing we did.
The guy kept asking but why... over and over. To be honest it is none of anyone's business as to why we declined. Clearly its all a marketing ploy. After several more NO's.. there was some aggression there telling me I clearly came in unhappy. I really knew what I was in for and as the saying goes.. If it sounds too good to be true.. it probably is! STAY AWAY

cancellation booking fee
we booked a holiday through classic holidays in which no time did they say we couldn't or we had to pay fees in full if that was an issue they wouldn't have booked this holiday in for us. we have been takeing bonus weeks an not once was this an issue or did it come up as an issue. so for a month or more we thought we were going on our holiday to cedar lake, so we gave them a quick ring to make sure everything was ok a couple of days before going to be told that it will be cancelled unless we pay all the fees up front, well we couldn't come up ...

We do look forward to helping you plan your next holiday and we look forward to speaking to you then.we did not cancel the girl at the office did. they wanted $700 upfront for the fees which I started paying off or a $300 cancellation fee and we couldnt pay the money up front so we lost that week.

Terrible
Felt pressured all the way through the 3 hours we were there.
Finally agreed to sign up for 3 years because they said we could get a cheap cruise compared to original quote from a travel agency. What we could save would pay our membership. That's not going to happen.
Called CS to book cruise and it was nearly $1000 more than travel agency and we still need to pay the membership which is ovet $1000 a year.
Not impressed at all.

Stay away from these people!! We are paying for a useless membership which costs more to have a holiday than it would if you booked yourself. They don't deliver what they promised.
After 4hrs of them pushing us to buy their once in a lifetime offer we fell in their traps because they would not let us leave despite telling them that we are supposed to be somewhere and now we are late. They wont take anything else other than a yes.
After enquiring about a holiday which costs more than what we could book it in for by ourselves + their members...

If you really care about anything then we want to cancel this membership and get our money back. This is unethical and I will not take this.
