We always enjoy our timeshare exchanges. However, at no time have I given permisson to the property to provide details my details to Classic for the purpose of a sales person to make contact or for my information to be shared with Product Review. This is a clear breech of privacy.

I joined and, over time have paid a fortune. I have used the service twice! Both times the bookings were stuffed up and both times I was given false information.
Further, I would seriously doubt any positive reviews on this site. I am in Taupo NZ, and when we signed up (were conned) I met several people in our small town who also signed on the same day. None of them are happy with the service received and have similar feelings to me.

Booking with Classic Holidays was smooth and flawless and was easily able to change accommodation requirements as circumstances changed. Resort accommodation was excellent with well maintained grounds and rooms, rooms were well stocked with all the utensils and appliances to make our stay relaxed and comfortable, really cannot fault them and definitely use again and again.

We have enjoyed many holidays with Classic. We generally find the staff helpful and the accommodation good. There are now more properties that ever. To make it perfect, though, I would prefer more availability.

We recently stayed at Palm Court (Noosa QLD) for 7 nights and the whole process end-to-end was awesome and the staff were very polite and helpful. We had booked the stay 11 months prior - using at the time some discounted points that Classic were selling - and even that was a straight forward and simple process. All ticks from us.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wonderful staff and nice accommodation. Would have liked to see something for children outside but understand that it is often a venue based for skiers. The views were amazing.

A week timeshare for 2 families.
The resort staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble.
We all had a superb time.
Accomodation was clean and comfortable and everything had been anticipated and provided for.
Golden Shores is one of the best resorts in Queensland.

It was good alrhough some confusion about second week even though it had been booked and paid for in March 2022.
Also told I had room 6 and then changed to 13. Not nearly so spacious and another floor up with no lift.
People very nice and good position.

We booked in to find the aircon wasnt working. Were told it would be difficult to get someone over the weekend, which was understandable but not very pleasant with 30 plus degree temperatures and west facing bedrooms. My guests checked out early as aircon was still not fixed on the sixth night. It was embarrassing and extremely disappointing. There was very little communication or consideration given to us. We would not book anywhere in summer without aircon and my guests stay was completely ruined.

Dont buy it. They will ripp u off like nobody.. i paid around $20k. First time i called them to get a holiday deal. It was more expensive than i searched in internet myself. I bought the 20000 points package. They changed it to hotel saver. Which will be $5 to max $20 hotel saver a day. Which they say but in internet its cheaper than that.

So i paid $20000 for a max $20 saving per night at a hotel. How many times i will go for holiday. When that $20000 i will make it up. Lolzzz

I was lied too. I paid cash as well. Direct transfer on that day. And than after a long time i thought i will use that 20000 points.
Which than i was told. I am.not on that package.

False details were shared at the biggest sales push evening. We finally escaped $3k poorer then found details incorrect. We were interested in hotels around the world which were sold as exclusive access - absolute rubbish.

Unfortunately, the continual issue with extensive bushfire's put a 'damper' on our 2 week holiday.
With the thick smoke, we had to spend much of our time indoors.
We managed to 'do' the Butterfly House, a couple of external restaurants and the delicious Bombay Restaurant meals.

We have been going to Boambee for 32 years and have always enjoyed our time there. My only concern has been booking. When having a specific request Classic appears to be unable to pass this on to Boambee .

No extra expenses, very happy. The unit was very clean, starter amount of milk, toilet paper, washing up detergent for dishwasher & washing machine. Extra towels

As usual everything was great. However, there was one thing that we found disappointing and that is that there are no bedside reading lamps in 2nd bedroom. There are downlights which are really bright and you needed to get out of bed to turn off. The staff did assist by bringing us two standard lamps which we felt were quite cumbersome. It is quite unusual not to have reading lamps so we would hope that next time we come these would be installed.

As usual staff were very obliging and unit and premises were clean and tidy. There were no unexpected fees. Staff went out of their way to inform us of any issues regarding the local fires etc

Amazing service. All the necessary fees were included in the booking confirmation so no nasty surprises. We holidayed at Boambee Bay and it was quiet, clean and very enjoyable. There was always something fun to do and we were able to plan our day however we wanted. We did have to adjust the name of the booking and this was made incredibly easy over the phone.
