Clisdells

I have lived in one of their buildings for two years and I have become accustom to being yelled at by my strata manager as well as her consistently being useless and rude. The only way they do things is if you take them to mediation. Avoid Clisdells at all costs.

After some minor problems with this agency, a serious conflict arose in March 2021. The strata manager {Celda) clearly did not understand her duties to the strata corporation, and she continually made mistakes and her communications reflected incompetency. The principal eventually gave an undertaking not to re-tender for the contract when it fell due in late 2021 but proceeded to breach that undertaking without explanation. I am so grateful we found a more competent strata manager.

If you can, avoid this company like the plague! There strata managers can not be trusted for a second, they will basically lie to your face, that's when you can actually get a response out of them! It seems to be the case that if they don't like the question, they don't bother to reply. They are totally totally unreliable, and only care about collecting exorbitant management fees, as an owner you will end up doing the actual leg work yourself. I have dealt with Siobhan Hughes (Assistant to Milica Serdar) on a range of issues. She is always helpful and professional. Siobhan is an excellent representative for Clisdells. The individual assistance you receive for your strata is very important.

Very Painfully slow, incompetent for simple tasks, arrogant beyond belief.

Takes week to action simple tasks. I’ve been without my ensuite because of their love of their spirit animal “ sloth “

I've dealt with many Strata Managers over the past few years looking after various investment properties. From my experience I would certainly give Clisdells 10/10 for professionalism and efficiency. Nothing is ever too much trouble for our Manager Celda. I would be very happy to recommend Clisdells if you are considering a change.

The whole building lost hot water for five days because Clisdells failed to pay the energy bill for 12 months.
Another time, the whole building lost power, hot water, and emergency lighting for two days because Clisdells were far too slow to action the power outage reports.

Our building is looked after by [name removed], who bears no consideration for the needs of the occupants and provides no choices.
Communication is assumptive that no one in the building works, with very little notice (3 days) which ‘tell’ residents when they have to provide access to the units, with a ‘all day’ open time slots, with no request for availability or realistic expectations. Her tone of voice is dictatorial, cold and lacks any human warmth.

I've lived here for just over 2 years and all my interactions have been really positive and professional. The staff have been very friendly, accommodating and responsive. My main interactions have been with Zoe and I can't thank her enough for all her help.

The friendly staff at Clisdells have always been a pleasure to deal with and are all very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Clisdells to anyone looking for a strata company.

Our Strata Manager left Clisdells recently and her assistant Madeleine Hayes has been looking after our Strata until a replacement Manager has been appointed. Madeleine has given us professional and efficient service during this time. Updated me on all of our outstanding items and chased up quotes and given me excellent feedback. She has been available to answer questions and get things moving for us. Madeleine has a great attitude and is friendly and obliging she is a great asset to Clisdells.
