I am really happy with my Timothy Oulton desk, it really adds a stylish element to my home :) I am satisfied with the customer service and the communication through the process. The delivery options were quite expensive so I have picked the desk up myself from the Coco Republic warehouse.

Asked staff for what I wanted and helped immediately.
Excellent, am going back shortly to look at other products.

Recently tried purchasing a tv unit online and was appalled with the customer service received (actually lets be clear, there was 0 customer service).

No response from staff to online enquiries, emails and contact attempts via social media. I was blantantly ignored. Left bitterly dissappointed- I won't be bothering in future.

I ordered two Cabana chairs in Yeti earlier on this year and was contacted promptly by sales to take a deposit. I was told that the chairs would not arrive until July, but they arrived in May. The delivery was smooth, the chairs are so comfortable and a beautiful quality. Will be back to order more things shortly! I love their range and the fact that things aren't the same as everywhere else. They allow for trend based shopping as well as eclectic tastes and classic styles.

I take back this review...Coco Republic mislead you with their advertising. Their rugs advertised as wool come with a made with nylon tag. Their outdoor Radan lounges are a disaster, the "wood" and fabrics crack and fade within six months....AVOID........... BEWARE Coco Republic offer gift vouchers for positive reviews of their products prior to their delivery.....

The Sofas i bought are a great design! I sourced the item on line. Pictures were great. I then contacted Staff who were very helpful and efficient. This made the whole purchase experience very comfortable and easy. Can't wait to receive them.

We bought our new leather couch from Coco online, the website was easy to navigate and the photos were an accurate representation of the product. We were able to find a perfect match to what we had in mind and are completely in love with it. The products were delivered safely and quickly and all the staff were amazing. Definitely recommend Coco, we love all their products.

I sourced this product on line which was super easy. I love Coco's huge range of products. The item I bought has a 20 week lead time so have yet to physically see it.

Jumped online and found exactly what we wanted - plenty of info and pictures. Once purchase processed I recieved a call to tell me the day delivery could be made and then a call back with a time. Delivery was exactly as promised and the men were friendly and helpful. Such great communication and service.
