In the summer we used our pool daily, the kids just love to swim, even though they are teenagers.
Very easy to maintain our pool. Doesn’t seem to get very dirty at all.

Can’t fault their customer service. We have just a 3 x 5 plunge pool put in our courtyard. Can’t wait to use it next summer! Very helpful and professional company to deal with.

Throughout summer and into the autumn we have continued to use the pool. We have found it super easy to maintain with the in-floor cleaning system with the weekly maintenance simply consisting of emptying the skimmer baskets and checking the water chemistry.

We love our self cleaning Compass pool and use it daily in Spring, Summer and most of Autumn. It has been the centerpiece of many parties and celebrations. The decision to install a self cleaning pool has been a great one. There is no time wasted on maintenance and we simply enjoy swimming or sitting back by the pool relaxing and enjoying it. We highly recommend Compass self cleaning pools. Our only regret was not to have done it sooner.

Pool very easy to maintain, would not spend an hour a month for pool maintenance. The pool is used daily through the warmer weather. Need to install pool heating for further use through the cooler times.

Our Vogue pool is mostly undercover but with solar heating we use our pool from August through to late May. I highly recommend the self cleaning option as we have not had to vacuum our pool since it was installed 3 1/2 years ago.

The inbuilt cleaning system is a dream. Cleaning and maintenance is also one addition I would highly recommend. We can leave for a holiday and return after weeks away to jump straight in and swim in a clean and maintained pool.

The pool has been a great addition for our family, with a well earned self cleaning status.

We look forward to the next stage of installing roof heating to extend the season for the families use.

So happy with our Compass pool. It not only looks great, it practically looks after itself with the infloor cleaning system. We have had two other pools in the past and always had the creepy crawley going as well as having to vacuum it. People always comment how crystal clear the water is and can't believe how maintenance free it is.

The Newcastle / Hunter team were awesome. The kids absolutely love the pool and so we. In summer the whole family spends lots of time in it. We live in a leafy area and took the vantage in floor cleaning option and i honestly can't believe how well it works. We have had the pool for over 4 years now and i have never had to vacuum it, it is always clean.

The Pool is easy to maintain as it cleans itself. Geoff and the crew are so helpful and great to deal with. No problems always happy to help and explain things.

In our region we have very long hot summers. We use our pool everyday & so does our dog. The pool generally looks after itself & is so easy to maintain. Geoff & his team were awesome from day one. Absolutely 5 star professional service & very good value for money.

In floor cleaning is brilliant. Have not manually cleaned the pool in 7 years and it is still perfect. We haven't had an issue since it was installed so can highly recommend Compass Newcastle/Hunter.

we have had our maxirib pool for a few years now and it has been fantastic. the in-pool cleaning system is amazing - no hoses, no brushes and no sucker heads to get in the way.

We use the pool regularly. It's a real pain cleaning the filters and uses so much water. Not sure I'd go with self cleaning again. We had a bad experience from the start. They did the measurements wrong which had repercussions for us financially (building retaining walls etc), then no-one oversaw to pool going in. The concrete around the edge was sloping towards the retaining wall so all of the water pooled there. Too many issues to mention.

Our pool is the focal part of our family life. We use it daily. With the heating package we get lots of use from our pool.

In the summer it is used all the time. But during the cooler months is it so pretty to look at and really made use of a very useless ugly space.
Maintenance is a breeze because we got the self cleaning option. And any snags or problems that we have had with the pool or computer have been fixed up quickly with no fuss.

Our family has just had our first summer with our new Compass Plunge Pool. It has been a fantastic addition to our backyard and has been well used over the past few months. The adults may even love it - even more that the kids do! The whole process was easy and each step was well communicated during the sale, planning, construction and handover stages. The in-floor cleaning system does a fabulous job of keeping the pool clean and the whole system is so very easy to maintain. We choose Compass because a friend had one and recommended it. I wanted a pool that would look after itself. We have 3 boys, so the pool gets a fair amount of use in summer. The inpool cleaning system is perfect. It uses very little chemicals (one bag of salt in 6 months and only filled up the acid once. So - we hardly touch our pool - it really does look after itself and we couldn't be happier.

Our Compass Pool installation went smoothly and questions were dealt with efficiently. The in-floor cleaning system is great and the pool has sparkled since its start up. It is a wonderful addition to our yard.
