Please please PLEASE don’t buy travel insurance with this company. Took so long for our claim to be processed only for it to be denied. They charged us extra for my partners pre existing medical condition but won’t cover anything relating to his condition? So why did we pay extra for his policy?
Covermore is an absolute scam. We thought the policy was good value, wish I’d had the common sense to realise it was a reasonable price because you’re hardly covered for anything!

AmazinglyEasy and Stress Free
Have used Cover-More travel insurance for many years on all our travels. We find it very good value and simple to set up. Have never had to claim before until our last holiday in July -September. We were unfortunate to lose our luggage on a flight to Southampton to catch our cruise and so had to buy clothes and a few commodities until we got it back.
When we returned home we put in our claim and heard within a week that our claim was accepted and the money went into our bank the next few days. We were so relieved and grateful.
Well done Covermore!! We will continue to use you.

Not worth the money this insurance provides
I was travelling throughout the Ukraine in July 2022 up until 15/9/19. In my ten weeks of travel, items were missing and money stolen and when I applied online for reimbursement, the generic letter was to get police statements. In a country where English is the third language after Russian and Ukrainian, as well as corruption which is systematic in the country, I tried to explain this but to no avail.
I had spent some amount on insurance for what? I may as well gone overseas without insurance!

Flight delay cover is very restrictive
I tried to claim for costs relating to a flight being delayed, but my claim was rejected, since CoverMore only pay out for flight delays in the following scenarios:
Disruption of your scheduled transport because of riot, strike or civil commotion; or
Your scheduled transport being delayed for at least 12 hours due to severe weather conditions (and in this case they only pay $250).
