Hi, I have a DeLonghi Electra Cappuccino top and the machine does not take the right amount of beans for example it'll take extra strong amount to be ground regardless of strength selected, hence ~I~ would manually add beans to match my taste and can never fill the coffee container... any help?

Sometimes the diffuser gets coffee build up around the top which makes it sticky. You have to squeeze the two red tabs in and really yank it out

Thanks, was able to remove it in the morning before anybody had used it. After doing this a few times it now comes out easily.

Is anyone reading these anymore or have you stopped caring about replying to customers? This is the 3rd time I'm putting this question here. Had our Delonghi Eletta for 5 years. Regularly descale it but lately descale gets stuck in the Rinsing cycle and keeps asking to fill the tank after the descale cycle. I've followed the descale instructions in the manual step by step every time since the first time I had to descale it so I'm definitely doing it correctly. Have had to go through the descale process 2 or 3 times each time to get it to turn off. And I'm using Delonghi eco decaulk descale, not a cheaper one. Why wont it recognise it's finished rinsing? Is there some sort of reboot I can do to the system?

Our Delonghi Eletta ECAM45.76 is not dispensing any coffee. The puck is staying dry and the water looks like it is being diverted into the drip tray. Any ideas. It has been descaled every month and filters changed regularly. We can't complain. it has made over 34 000 coffees. We have had the machine for nearly 3 yrs.

Having problems with my ECAM 45.760.B. The milk container was replaced a year ago and now the milk is not coming out of the milk spout (only steam). I clean the container regularly as described in the booklet. It worked for two cups then stopped again. Is there a blockage that cannot be freed by this method?
Otherwise, the machine is working well. Thank you
