Does DHL deliver parcel from Philippines to Melbourne during stage 4 lockdown?
DHL is the worst couriers. No driver came and they stated no one home when I was at home. Now I know why their rating is this bad. I will never use them again.

Hi, you have to keep calling them. If you do nothing it may never arrive and eventually it will be lost. I called them several times everyday, asked for managers, called them 7am when they arranged their delivery. Terrible experience!
lost an expensive parcel going to England and were no help Just received $8000.00 worth and were badly damaged again no help . Fuel surcharge be reported to dept fair trading and accc as jet fuel is almost negative value but the fuel surcharge does not apply to fuel it is just an extra charge on your invoice.

I have send my parcel from overseas to Australia and delivery due was on 15 may 2020 but I haven't got anything because it's status showed Exception.
After that a few days I did a call to DHL Australia they said let's me call for asking with the cargo system support border force and home affairs by myself.

Read morect contact to contact him when I hear back. So I will see how this goes. I would suggest you call their contact centre and ask to speak with a manager. Or is sounds like your parcel is held up with customs but DHL dealt with customs for me in the past.

Hi people! I need your help about my situation. I ordered Mango clothing online last January 18. I received an email coming from Mango team that the Dhl company can't deliver my parcel. Your parcel probably went missing somewhere along the line. Same with mine. I was called back by a customer representative who told me it was either stolen or lost. Absolutely disgusting!

They probably lost it..like they lost my mobile phone. Fast to take insurance money in the event of lost parcel but when lost, you get nothing.
