- Bad offshore customer service.
- Connection and billing errors.
- Expensive
- Billing errors have left me in considerable debt. I came to a payment arrangement with them but they have recently reneged on it leaving me with a huge bill to pay.

Do NOT use this company. To save a few dollars I month I did and it has been hell.

Customer service is horrible and good luck talking to someone after your purchase without waiting 30mins.

I was charged incorrectly and have been going through such a hard time to get it sorted. Was told conflicting information and at the end of the day told it was not their fault.

Disgraceful. I am cancelling all of my services.

Received a letter stating our gas would be cut off, four months after moving into our new house. We do not have an account with them and our account was with another provider, which we pay, always before due dates. I called to fix it with dodo and was told it was solved after over an hour on the phone. The next week another letter stating it would be cut off the next day. Another hour and a half on the phone to resolve with the difficult customer service and complaints team. Avoid them - can’t imagine how bad the system must be for this to happen.

first bill double the usage of bills for the last 7 years, because they added the feed in to my usage total.
I knew this but called up to see what they said. After being on hold for 10 mins they came back with they are correct. when i said they are not correct and explained their mistake they hung up.

After notifying Dodo i was relocating i rewuested power supply be connected on the 5th January everything went smoothly connection was as per planned . I find Dodo very professional. I would highly recommend Dodo as a one stop provider gas, electricity, NBN

- Terrible billing system
- Outrageous pricing (often charge you high usage rates in off peak periods)
- Extensive delays to rectify issue because the call centre log jam and terrible internet self service platform
- Repeated errors in invoicing with no compensation when pointed out - just the basic "Whoops, well remove that charge so nothing to worry about there" WTH?

I would not recommend these incompetent fools to my worst enemy

I didn’t like the costumer service that they have, they are so annoying. The connecting fee was absolutely crazy and i was paying way more than my friends that have other companies like energy australia. I wouldn’t get a service from dodo again.

These jokers took a year to send me a bill, which I called multiple times to clearly state I need monthly ones to manage my monthly budgets. Sends me 1400$ bill after 10 months and demand full payment. Bunch of nincompoops don't know what they are doing.

Have audacity to tell me how to do budgeting, all that in middle of pandemic when everything was stressed. Such a sloppy, careless, unprofessional bunch of punks. I will suggest any one thinking of switching to them, to stay at least 50 ft. away from these guys. Save yourselves trouble look somewhere else.

I have been using Dodo for quite a few years now. A recent YouTube video about cryptomining prompted me to look at my electricity bill for my current rates and I discovered that Dodo is charging me the peak energy costs for all of my electricity usage. Due to this I have just changed to a different provider which is going to cut my bill by a third BEFORE any rebates are factored in. How many other people out there are being overcharged by Dodo Power and Gas?

My partner moved into a house with them as his provider. He tried to move to another provider and they were so unhelpful, had people lie to him and kept him as a customer for weeks while he tried to move to another provider. Terrible service, terrible people.

Very reliable and staff are exceptional compared to the competition.I hope after we get solar power installed we will get what we are eligible for as well and am pretty confident the same as the gas and electricity quotes I received before changing to Dodo.

Our application to have electricity connected by Dodo was completed interstate. The actual date for connection was a couple of weeks away and happened on the chosen date. We’ve had no trouble with power dropouts or any other problems.
We look forward to having Dodo nbn connected when we complete our move in the future.

Switched over from other Providers. Reasonable
timeframes and were depended on other Providers (partly).

Gas NO Dropouts. Electricity is only 3 days since Switched over to Dodo And NO dropouts. Happy indeed.

Excellent provider helpful and always putting the customers needs first and foremost. I would highly recommend dodos electricity service due to their reliability and excellent customer service they are always willing to provide

DO NOT USE DODO FOR ANYTHING!!!

All I want to do is abolish the gas supply.
I lost count of how many times I've called and been transferred to another department. Call has ended twice while on hold.
It's an endless circle of being transferred around and around, and same questions being asked how can I help. I've told them 10 times what I need and they just transfer me to the next department.

Had enough of their garbage call centre, biggest waste of time.

Electricity and gas( first time). Worked like clockwork. Experienced no difficulty. Electricity only had 2 dropouts since I have been here over the last 3 months and were only momentarily.

I have Electricity and Gas Installed, it was a quick set up, very reliable, I haven't had any dropouts so far.
I'll recommend the Service to anyone who wants to swap over.

I have residential power to my home. Dodo power is reasonably priced and supply so far is without any dropouts.
Set up process is easy and robust.
I Will recommend dodo power to anyone looking for power supply in Melbourne.

DODO prices cannot match any other dealers, easy to understand great customer service and knowledge of the product, I've even told family & friends to join DODO for their electricity thanks

Within a few days, all connection is completed. Virtually no need to make contact or technician. The meter starts from the date connection is activated. Would recommend it to anyone living in Sydney.

Ive never had a problem with dodo providing me what I've requested which was energy and having my NBN also my wifi connected and my home phone ALL CONNECTED THROUGH DODO .They have always been very reliable and helpful when required .I do not regret choosing dodo.

Coming from Simply Energy, they are about 50% dearer. Bill paying is a nightmare. Incompetent staff. I could go on... NEVER AGAIN. They have no way of topping up (say with a card) your account.
