Dodo Power & Gas

its only been 1 week since I started using Dodo, the sim arrive after 2 days of ordering it, activation swiftly done, I get good network coverage from my home in Sydney. for $30 I get 40gb and 200mins International calls. paying bpay give a surcharge of $2.50 per payment receive, which is crap.

Electricity and mobile. Set up and exchange seemed easy. Used you before previously. Always slow on sending invoices hopefully improved. I should be able to see the situation on line at any time, hopefully this has happened.

Provision of service is very good.
Billing leaves a lot to be desired as there are delays in invoicing and sometimes the invoice does not appear when I log in to the web site. I would prefer monthly billing.

dodo has been able to offer a reasonable price for feed in tariff, hope it continues, also very reasonable supply charge and kwh price. After much comparing the choice was quite simple.

I'm just in the process of changing over from AGL to Dodo Power (Electricity), so I will be updating this review after a few months to indicate how I'm finding the service from Dodo Power.

The Automative system for overdue payment reminders will confuse you, but if you have recently changed your details you need to remember that even whilst the payment is processing dodo will send overdue reminders almost everyday. Other than that, great service nbn in our area, unfortunately we could only get the lowest connection speed so somehow we got signed up to the highest and paying a premium but this was fixed within 5 days of starting our nbn with dodo.

Currently the cheapest utility rates on the market when combined with NBN (100/20 - $70month). The internet quality and continuity is good and adequate for our needs. However, there is a connection fee BUT ask for this to be waived.

In the past there have been ADSL2+ connectivity issues, which once took 3 months to receive a service and every other time there was always a wait. However, the NBN was connected quickly and the service has been good. I will admit that when I rang to request my username and password that, the customer service repre...

I called Dodo Power and Gas to sign up as a new customer. I was served by Jay - he was excellent. Explained to me the rates and steps, and managed to get his manager to waive off my connection fee. When I said I wanted to reconsider my options, he organized a call back after hours to ensure he could follow through with my request. Great customer service, Jay!

In the beinning my connection configuration was not correct, than I called for correct confirmation. Didn’t hear anything. At the end I called again for correct configuration. Yes o o

DODO prices cannot match any other dealers, easy to understand great customer service and knowledge of the product, I've even told family & friends to join DODO for their electricity thanks

Power was activated pretty much straight away but Gas has taken longer so it is all still too early to rate. I have not had any other issues with NBN internet and 2 mobile phone services. Gas and Electricity where included in a bundle which helped reduce costs for us. Thank you Dodo

Sign up was very good but my first bill did not reflect what I signed up for it took me several phone calls to sort it out speaking to several staff promising to get back to me before it was sorted out and i got a 40 dollar credit? iam resonably happy now

Very good service at a great competitive price. Customer set up was hassle free and on time. Would recommend if your after value for money for product and services connect with DODO.

Electricity supplier change. It took one billing cycle. No change to the power provider, but I have 11.6 cents feed in tariff on power I generate, 4.6 cents per KWH more than Powershop.

I changed to Do Do for Electricity supply because of the cost. I am now considering surveying the market because the cost form Do Do has blown out beyond what I was paying previously.
