Yes great suction but very annoying to have to recharge after 20 mins or so. It says 40 mins, but that doesn’t happen even if it’s been on charge for days.....
The lint and cotton is a problem to remove but not impossible.... it seems the newer models have a longer battery life, but this is only around 5-6 months old ....

These are on special at quite a few places now, way cheaper than they traditionally have been and I finally took the plunge too! Its wonderful to use - positive trigger function makes me feel like a dust and dirt sniper! It's actually quite fun to use at first due to the excellent design. Battery life is good not great. You tend to want to use it on maximum and then its all over quite quickly. I am very happy with th and hope to have it for years to come

It's powerful works great on wooden floors and carpet. My only complaint is when cleaning wooden floors it flicks an object around instead if picking it up if its round or chunky piece of dirt on the floor Eg. A pea or bread.
I mounted the charger on the wall with a screw snd hand screw driver. Perfect!

Expected a lot more from Dyson technology. Going over dirt on a hardwood floor. You will find that you have to go over it continuously about 5 times more than you would with a powerful corded vac. It seems the problem may not be the suction but the way the head is designed, it doesn't get close enough to the floor to create a vacuum. Very poor head design.

So happy I made this purchase! This vacuum is light, easy to use and very powerful. The run time is great I can get our little home done and still have charge left. I love that you can see how much dirt and dust it’s picking up and cleaning it is extremely easy. Excellent product that makes vacuuming feel like fun not a chore. Will never go back to a corded vacuum and certainly won’t be straying from Dyson.

We bought a V6 animal origin 5/5/18 but when attempting to register the product online we get "invalid serial Number"error message. We have contacted Dyson twice with no response/help. Product seems cheaply made with poor quality plastic used and only average run times. Overpriced for what it is. Overall disappointed.

Happy with the suction of this machine. It is easy to use and manoeuvre. I love how quick it is to use. I use it for the lounge and bedrooms for the carpet. It doesn't take long to charge which is great. Glad I finally got my Dyson no more dog hair!!

I couldn't be happier with my purchase. With kids who create a mess every few hours, this has been an absolute live saver! so convenient to grab, and cleans both carpet and hard floors perfectly. It comes with so many handy attachments too! It is very light weight and easy to maneuver.

Good suction however I wish it held charge longer than 20 mins, it always seems to just fall short of completely cleaning an area before dying l( such as the car) ( when it’s a little extra dirty)
We do however have a backup but switching between the 2 is a pain and avoiding that would be preferable.
Aside from that, cleans well, easy to empty however if you let it build up it dirt and hair can be tricky to completely shake loose, so emptying contents after each use is a must!

I have virtually stopped using the full size vacuum cleaner except for the bi-annual spring clean. It is so easy to use and clean. Something that is really important to me is the cleanliness of the handheld when re-using it. I find that each component part is easily detachable so I can thoroughly clean it - I can be satisfied that it is hygienic to use again.

Super happy with the performance and suction of the vacuum. It helps me a lot because it's so light and easy to maneuver I can vacuum without any effort or strain on my back. Because the battery only lasts for 17 minutes, it's not suitable for big areas, unless you wait for it to recharge.
I highly recommend it.

where do I start . I have the v6 animal sick. light weight. I use it no problem on my floor boards and carpet with no damage. very easy to manoeuvre. Easy to clean and empty. I have a a smallish 4 bedroom house so no problem with the battery lasting, Its so good i use it with different attachments on my aircon vents, blinds, general dust even outdoor on my deck.Only problem is it is so good and easy to use i find myself vacuuming most days now but still surprised how much dust and dirt i pick up. no need for dustpan and broom for quick spillage, just grab it off the wall and go. Highly recommend. Cant go wrong

I was both impressed & embarrased with the amount of dirt that came out of my carpet when I first used it. I previously used a cheap vacuum cleaner a friend lent me & I thought the carpet was ok but was shocked at the amount of dirt that filled the bowl! Very impressive Dyson.
It’s easy to manoeuvre around furniture & terrific for stairs. The only qualm I have is when I return it to the docking station I can’t plug the cord in for recharging at the same time? It seems to be in the way so I guess the docking station is just somewhere to hang the cleaner when not in use.

I love my vacuum. Makes me feel like an old lady. It is just so easy - no cords. You can get up and down and vacuum the stairs no problem at all. Doesn't take long to recharge and does my whole unit with this amount of charge. Would definitely recommend.

We have been lusting over a Dyson for so long, then this came on special at Big W for $349 and we jumped at it. The quality of the product is so high. Everything clips together tightly and just works. Its a little difficult getting the container off for a good clean. Holds charge long enough for us to do house on normal speed. So glad we made the decision, sick of pulling out the Miele and plugging in power and extension cords. That's been relegated to once a week duties! Well worth the money for us. The attachments are great too.

I have already heard this type before, which is very famous one. I like it so much, it is easy to manoeuvre, and convenient to handle because of light weight. I used this vacuum to clean bedroom and sofa, very suitable for small houses. It’s not a quiet one but I haven’t see any vacuum is quiet, the price is little higher than ALDI.
