Totally useless, do not use this company

I booked flights from Sydney to London via Singapore, Jakarta and Doha last Xmas.



Upon arrival in Jakarta I was informed that unless I isolate for ten days in Jakarta I could not continue my journey.

In Sydney I was informed that I didn't need a visa for any of my trip, but it was not true.

I had to return to Sydney.

Edreams agreed to refund me for part of the trip and even that has not materialised.



Avoid.

Booked a trip 2 years ago, no refund for half the amount I paid, still owed over $1000 and have called numerous times. Told someone would call me to re book but it never happens. I will never ever use eDreams again

Endlich gutes Gespräch

Bisher fand ich den Kundenservice von Edreams katastrophal. Ich musste für mein Anliegen einige Emails schicken und es schien unmöglich eine Telefonnummer zu bekommen. Bisdahin wirkte das auf mich schon wie Betrug. In der letzten Email habe ich explizit nach der Hotline Nummer gefragt und diese auch endlich bekommen. Das Gespräch verlief dann endlich erfolgreich und der freundliche Herr konnte alle meine Anliegen bearbeiten.

Scam beware

BEWARE Be careful of Edreams they are scammers. I booked flights to Europe they took $13K from my credit card and then one of the flights never confirmed. I called and they said the flights were now $24K. I asked to cancel which they did and promised a refund. I have only received $910 which they claim settles the issue. I paid extra for better customer care but there is no one to call. I feel sick about trying to get my money back. Do not trust Edreams.

All I wanted was airline tickets which I am happy with but I don't wish to join up as a member.
This is a one off flight as I don't travel anymore due to health.

Worst service. Still chasing my refund

I can't tell in words how they make you suffer for making a booking with them that you will ensure you never make that mistake again. They are cheats. Quick in taking money and take forever to refund. And the follow ups that it takes. Still waiting to get my refund since 2 months now.

Absolutely diabolical company

I booked a one way flight from Perth, WA to Christchurch NZ in Jan 2020. It was cancelled by AirNZ due Covid. I applied to eDreams for a refund. According to them the refund remained 'pending from the airline' until November 2021. Then again according to them it was refused but I could have credit. I excepted that but as of now I have been unable to get a booking completed. They even asked me to pay more money.
After numerous phone calls & emails throughout the last 2 years I have been thwarted continuely & got nowhere.
If could have given a zero star rating, I would.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! You will lose you money.

Terrible! Lost $2000

Booked through them and a flight got cancelled and they told me I had to pay $2000 to book another flight and stupid me paid it. Spoke to the airline and they said they had no right to charge me and that money stays with them, doesn’t even go to the airline! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM

Do not buy a ticket with this company if you don't want to lose your money

I made a mistake in the booking date and it was impossible to change it immediately after i finished the purchase process, I tried to change it, to cancel it, to contact them and it was impossible to get a reply or get a refund from them, even though they promise they'd process an automatic refund as a credit, but that isn't true. In the end, I never took the flight, I had to buy a new ticket with a serios company and I lost my money.

Return flight canceled by airline is Airlines fault a customer should not pay twice. I've paid for return flight you cancelled it provide another that suits. Also you wouldn't pay for a car and not receive one so why the he'll pay for the flight and not even get told they cancelled it disgusting .

Their customer service is non-existent. It is impossible to communicate with them, or receive a refund. I was double charged for my car rental, and I cannot get my money back from them.

I booked flights to NZ and paid PREMIUM FARE so I could "CANCEL FOR ANY REASON GUARANTEE" - "No reason, documentation or justification required" . I chose to pay extra in case I needed to cancel as was unsure about COVID restrictions. Turns out I had to cancel and after hours and hours of trying to cancel, it seems I cannot get ANY refund. eDreams took my money for PREMIUM FARE but did not book premium fares with Jetstar, Virgin or Air NZ. Cancellation was done with all 3 airlines well BEFORE flight dates. You cannot talk to a person at eDreams - only a computer - even on the phone. I completed the online request to cancel weeks for due date to fly and nothing. $2000 wasted. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

It’s a trap! Don’t use it. I have lost my money

I tried cancelling my booking which was originally 1590 dollars. I was told that only 220 dollars will be cut and that’s why I took it through this site. But at the end, I was told that I will be receiving only 950 dollars! And that too after 3-6 months. I wasn’t informed about any of this in prior. They are really out to get your money!

Worst customer service ever

Avoid booking with e dreams at all cost, worst customer service, on hold for hours & also cannot change a single thing once you have booked. I have been on hold countless times and everytime I get to someoen they put me on hold for another 2 hours plus.

Do not book with edreams!

This company should be shut down. They will not process refunds. I cancelled in time and it's been over a year and still no refund. They tried to get me to remove reviews. Lied, stole and have very rude customer service. Do not book with them! Edreams will steal your money!

2 years of phone calls and emails have resulted in no refund from eDreams despite written confirmation from my booked airline that nearly $5000 in fares was refunded on my behalf to eDreams. Incompetent and fraudulent behaviour from this corporation.

Edreams has consistently shown it's ability to disappoint itself when it comes to customer service and delivery. I have been on the line 5 times now for a refund and every time am having the same conversation and am given empty promises to resolve this.

A very incompetent service

I made a mistake in my booking. eDreams claimed they could not change it or cancel the booking. I tried more than once with no success on each occassion. I certainly will NOT use eDreams again.

I would never use eDreams again

I have spent hours attempting to get a refund on my flights of 2020 that were cancelled by the airline due to Covid. The airline will give me a credit, but need a letter of authorisation from eDreams. It seems that this is too difficult for eDreams and I have spent hours repeating the whole story and trying just to get this authorisation sent to the airline. I am still battling with eDreams to do this simple thing. That said, the agents I have spoken with have been polite and tried to be helpful, but when it is escalated to someone able to do something about my issue, I just don't hear back. It's extremely frustrating.

Charged for premium membership but wont provide any support

Booked a flight with them. Flight gets delayed by 15 hours from the airline. At connecting airport, they argue that they cannot provide us accomodation/lounge because the flight was booked by agent. I call my agent, and they plainly say they cannot help. Wont book anymore with them.

Edreams Customer Service - Sagar

Sagar was was very helpful and patient throughout the call. He tried his best to have my flight date changed. Unfortunately, no other flight was available for the whole month to accommodate my request. Sagar provided me option to wait another 3-4 days and may be flight options become available.

However, not very happy with Thai Airways who are flying everyday but when it comes to modify booking there are no flights available. But this is how businesses make money right so all good. Requested Thai Airways customer service to add Moslem meal for me, they replied that it has been added. But can not find anything on my booking reservation. Same happened with me previously and I was told that I need to organise this prior although I did.

Sagar was very helpful and attentive trying to change my existing booking but unfortunately there are no available flights. I'd booked a flexible fare and he explained all of the necessary detail.
