I booked flyed from OR Tambo to George Cape. My dates are wrong how do i change my dates
I paid for the ticket for Japan. But I didn’t get any email. So I thought it was not booking. But finally my bank show me that I paid your company. I don’t have any date about my trip. I don’t know when, where, how to get Japan. I don’t have my number for reservation. So I can’t use your automatic chat . I’m waiting for your real message.
Call your bank to cancel your payment. This is the only way you can get your money back. I had the same issue. Lively my bank got my money back.

I booked a flight on turkish airlines through edreams fron saudi arabia to buenos aires. You probably won’t get your flight unless you pay for it again at the airport..if you paid with a credit card expect other random flights that you didn’t book, to appear on your statements in the future.

If your'e booked and confirmed with Jetstar then it seems ok. But that wasn't what I was saying. Please reread over my complaint. I certainly will never book through them. Julie(above) seems to know more than I do.

I have made a change of date on a flight, and I've reveived an email confirming my changes, but the app doesn't update the changes.
Now I'm afraid if the changes really apply. Anybody with similar experience?

What an awful situation
when I changed the booking they called me within an hour, but when I try to find contact-information to E-dream, it seems to be missing. They are very difficult to get in touch...
Has anyone found an actual phone number for a company representative? I have called a number of numbers with different country prefixes in the front and they all go back to the Indian call centre. I've had more than 10 interactions with this company and its all the same call centre with the same pattern. When you put pressure on them they will tell you a company representative will get back to you in 24 hours this is a scam so they can end the call. You will never hear from anyone but the call centre. Post if you have ever found a number for for this shelf company in Spain.
By the way the call centre doesn't know the difference between Austria and Australia and keeps sending me the number for Austria this is what you have to deal with.
THEY WILL NEVER ANSWER YOUR PHONE CALL.

I am contacting you because I am not satisfied with your service,
I booked a flight from 05/21/22 to 06/06/22 from Nice to Santa Cruz with the flexible ticket option (service that you charged me about 100€ per ticket).
I decided to change the dates on the app using the "Manage" option, and I found a flight for which it was indicated the total price of the change was 0€ thanks to the Flexible option.
I received an email saying that my request was being processed and that you would contact me. A week later, not having any news I decided to call you (1 hour on the phone) and you told me that you had not confirmed my change because I did not answer either the phone or by email (you never contacted me). I asked you during the call to do the change and you asked me about 1500€, so I cancelled the request.
I called you back two days later, you told me that there are no more flights on the dates indicated, so I decided to change the dates by a few days, you told me that there are no more flights for the whole month of June. (another lie)
Today, I am still using your application to request a change of date because I have found a new flight among many other flights in June (I guess it's a miracle).
The total price I have to pay is 139€ corresponding to the difference in price between the initial ticket and the new one. You called me back a few hours later and asked me for 1500€, I told you that I have the picture in front of me with the difference of 139€ that I am ready to pay, and after a few minutes you told me that the system is not working and that you will call me back in 10 minutes, you never called me back...
Can I have a change of my date, service for which I paid. And if you really don't want to do it for X or Y reason, have the honesty to tell me that you are dishonest.

Why does the Australian Government allow this shonky company to operate outside our consumer laws. We are Australian taxpayers and hence our government should be managing our interests.
