EDreams are a charity
Zero customer service - no phone number, no email, messenger is a useless chat Bot and their app does not work. When you book anything through this platform it’s similar to donating to a charity other than when you donate to a charity You lose the money but it usually goes to a good cause

Scam company- avoid at all costs
eDreams have had non existent customer service since flights have been cancelled due to covid. Our airline is offering a full refund, and months down the track we still can’t obtain this from eDreams, and in fact they are extremely difficult to contact, and unhelpful if you actually manage to make any contact. We have contacted our bank fraud department for a credit card cash back as this appears to be the only way that people can get their money back, as well as the ACCC. There are over 1000 members of the eDreams Scammers Facebook group with everyone having the same problems. I greatly suspect that many of the positive five star reviews on this site are fake. We regret the day that we ever booked with eDreams and never would again!

Customer Support is a joke!
I have tried all emails I found to contact eDreams, phone numbers and nothing! There's no way I can contact them, I keep receiving a bot response saying that any of those contact details are longer use for customer support! So how do I contact customer support????
My flight is due in 15 days and still no answer!

Australian Contact No. Incorrect. Problem solved eventually
Booking online was easy, however communication between edreams and myself concerning flight changes etc. was poor. I was advised by email that flight was changed (flight no longer existed, so no fault of edreams) but there were other options, non of which suited. Manage my booking" still showed original flight details, a phone call direct to airline confirmed a change of date (which didnt suit). Subsequent attempts to reach edreams was pretty non-existent - Aust contact numbers on website were incorrect. Eventually fluked a web page giving me a contact no. and the person at that number was extremely helpful and solved my problem. Have email acknowledging refund but will take 90 days....

SCAM COMPANY
My flight was canceled (Melb to LA return) by QANTAS due to COVID. Despite 2 months of constant calls, emails & FB posts eDreams have not refunded my booking despite qantas saying I am entitled. They don’t answer their phone and at no stage have they emailed me to let me know my flight was cancelled or to advise what is happening. Check out the eDreams scammers page on fb for more details. Avoid at all costs

Cancel For Any Reason insurance has not been honoured by E-dreams.
We paid extra for Cancel For Any Reason Insurance. We've phoned at least 6 times and we still don't have our money back. Each time we were told something different by staff.

This third party is keeping clients refunds.
I had my local Airline company Citilink advising me that they were going to fully refund our flights (from Melb Australia to Bali) and to get in contact with 3rd party (Edreams) for a full refund only to find out they offer "refund vouchers" what a lot of crap, I don't want a voucher and from what I have read they don't even honor that. ized Edreams is not passing it on is the lowest form of rorting the system I have experienced. Our Australian local companies are doing the right things and this international company should be stopped from ripping its loyal customers off. SHAME SHAME poor form. I tried calling & emailing to no avail all redirected back to the site with nowhere to go & bloody customer service. I hope they come crashing down they deserve nothing less. Dear Victim fellas --> Never ever go with eDreams, it's scam!!!
On 1st May 2020 I requested for a full refund because airlines been canceled my FLIGHTS, checked online it said 10days but it's 27 days now still nothing, tried to call them thousand times but the phone 1300 070 954 and 02 8278 4481 in Australia been disconnected??? I suspect it's scam! Please don't ever never go with eDreams. They don't want to refund to you at all. Who the hell can wait for 90 days for the refund?

Do Not Hire This Company Services
Do not use this company for your reservations!
I reserve a car with them to which they confirm the reservation. I paid the full balance, however, when I went to pick up the car, the place was closed. Due to this, I have to pay an excess of $200 dollars for a last minute car hire.
They are not wanting to refund my money, not believing that the company was closed - to which a simple phone call to the company I have hired the car would confirm and solve.
Safe yourself some stress and Avoid Edreams!

The worst experience I have ever had!
The worst experience have I ever had with an agency's Customer Service! Don't book with them ever!
My flight was permanently cancelled by the Airline (the shut down the office in my destination city) and of course gave full refund to all the people I know in just a few days. Under Australian law they have to give you choices to compensate a service that was cancelled. I have been dealing with eDreams for more than a month now and every agent will say a different thing (2 of them even lied to me) and they said they can't contact the Airline and that I should keep waiting. I'm so sorry I used them, never again!

I've been waiting on a refund since January 2022.
OVER A YEAR AND STILL NO REFUND. My refund has been pending since before COVID-19. I was deployed overseas to work and wasn't able to make many international phone calls (especially if it involved being on hold for 40 minutes) in order to chase the refund. I have all the email correspondence with edreams and I've checked on my refund status through the chatbot on the website periodically over the last 18 months. I'm now back in Australia and the phone number I was given to contact edreams is no longer in service. The customer service email on their website is no longer in service.
My question is: When will I receive my refund?
