Booking for fly went to Perth in March/2023 and found out the fee charged for the membership. Have tried to contact over a month for money refund and it’s not simple.

I booked a car via eDreams and paid in full. Upon presenting my documents the supplier (AVIS) decided not to accept my international Driver's Permit. Despite the fact that the permit was accepted by the next car hire agency in the same airport and another car hire agency in another country eDreams decide to keep all my money. So eDreams took my money, left me stranded in a foreign country with a child and took payment for a car rental; 10 days' worth of it.

3 weeks after I booked a flight for what reason I dont know..how my cards details were kept and stored somewhere because I checked my edreams app and I had not stored any bank details so I'm very concerned about that but I was told this will be refunded so I'll wait and see

The edream page in au was awful and I couldn't cancel the prime membership, customer service that helped me, Kalash, was very professional and friendly and solved my problem quickly.I described the problem and he cancelled and refunded my charges straight away and I was very happy with his service.

Finally I still don't recommend booking on it！

It was easy to cancel the Prime Subscription. We will wait and see if the refund arrives within the time frame. Shout out to Sapna for her great customer service.

I booked flights for my family and found out the my 10 year old didn't get a check in luggage allowance at all . The advert when booking indicted that each will get 30 kg check in luggage.

Booked interstate travel from them ..all executed very well and notified all changes before hand ..amazing ..thank you for your services which made our exp pleasurable. I recommend to others ...

eDreams booking reference: 8827526###- Advertises on eDreams as 30Kgs luggage, but when airline printed the tickets it was 25kg. Email eDreams still no reply to it. Even after 3 months. Airline advice its eDreams mistake. Purchase the tickets on Feb 2022, payment was gone through same day, but 2 days later again same amount was taken form account. Contact bank and they informed 1st payment was not authorized, 2 weeks later it was credited to the account. Paid for booking including changers, but had to pay again to change the return flight date. NEVER BOOK WITH eDREAMS.

day came around mother traveled for 3 hours to airport and was advised that her flight was cancelled
edreams said it will take 24 - 48 hours to resolve
I called airline and they took the ticket off edream and booked the next flight for my mother will never do business with edreams again.

When you buy a ticket from them and something happen the will never help and response you ever I bought a ticket which was canceled by air line and I applied for refund and airline is saying to call eDreams and eDreams just don’t wanna help

Great prices!!! Flight was the cheapest I’ve ever seen a flight in my experience. Highly recommended, would not book a flight without it. App is so convenient and easy to use and navigate through. Very happy worth the yearly amount that’s for sure!!!

I booked flights from Sydney to London via Singapore, Jakarta and Doha last Xmas.

Upon arrival in Jakarta I was informed that unless I isolate for ten days in Jakarta I could not continue my journey.

In Sydney I was informed that I didn't need a visa for any of my trip, but it was not true.

I had to return to Sydney.

Edreams agreed to refund me for part of the trip and even that has not materialised.

Avoid.

When booking at the checkout page they will say the price has been changed, pay extra 200-300$ to book this seat. If you leave it for try to book again in 2 minutes the price might drop or might go up "After entering the credit card details and clicking on pay button"

I booked a flight via eDreams and it around 1450$. The flight had a connection in the middle that required a visa for me to board the flight in the first place. It was not specified anywhere that i will be needing a specific visa to continue the flight. So they did not let me b...

This company should be shut down. They will not process refunds. I cancelled in time and it's been over a year and still no refund. They tried to get me to remove reviews. Lied, stole and have very rude customer service. Do not book with them! Edreams will steal your money!
