I'm positive for covid and eDreams didn't give me any alternative, no refund, no change of flight. So I guess I should fly even sick and spread covid to everyone on the plane.

My flight was canceled and i newer get my money back
Absolutely unacceptable behaviour of the company. They behave like scammers and in fact stole my money. I bought tickets through eDreams on February 18th. The flight was cancelled by KLM AirFrance. I issued a refund, in March eDreams replied that the refund procedure would take up to three months. It's been eight months, but I haven't received any money. I contacted KLM and they convinced me that the money had long been returned to eDreams. This means eDreams deliberately does not give me my money, in fact behaving like a fraudster. After reading other people's reviews, I was shocked how such a company could continue to exist if it was able to deceive so many people.

very disapointing service
I bought 2 return tickets Budapest-Berlin, a few minutes later I got an mail saying that my booking is partially confirmed, only the return flight, (ryanair airline), and budapest-berlin flight by wizzair was declined without justified reason. There was a lot of free space on the flight so I don't understand why would my flight be declined at the first place. At the end I had to pay much more for my ticket than I planned and I lost a lot of time on trying to contact your customer service to solve this issue. All your customer service do is saying to contact rynair or wizzair directly, instead of resolving this issue as I bought tickets directly from you. Legally, you took the transaction, you processed the credit card and you are completely responsible for the problem and providing a solution. Referral to the airline is inappropriately and likely incorrect under EU regulation which you are still obliged to comply with it you operate within the single market. Don't!!!
Stay away from this company. If you see this logo and name, just stay away. The ticket was shown at the website increased $40 more at the check out in 1 minutes! It was soooo clear this website was a scam. I wish only one thing now : I hope the ticket is not fake.

SCAMMERS with covid vouchers
I booked flights for my parents to visit me, their flights got cancelled due to COVID (flights worth £1500), but they gave me a voucher to use up to two years. Do not book through eDreams if you want to make any changes, or get good support.
Wasted 1 hour of my time speaking to an agent via chat who only told me after 1hr that they have limited access through chat and couldn't actually help with making a change to my booking. They tried to fob me off 100 times back to the airline (Virgin Australia) to make the change. I was on the phone with Virgin Australia at the same time and they were saying it's up to eDreams to make changes because I booked through them. Extremely Sneaky and Unethical eDreams
I wanted to cancel the eDreams due to their bad services. They sent me a notice to inform that they’d processed the refund. Actually I didn’t received the refund at all. Also, I didn’t received the refund from the flight company. I booked the tickets through eDreams platform. The flight company refunded the fare to the original mode of payment. eDreams kept my money and never returned it. Overall eDreams is an Extremely Sneaky and Unethical company!!!Don’t join the service!!!

Uncontactable just another stupid Chatbot
Made a booking return. Each way was supposed to have 23kg of luggage. once booking was paid for confirmation came in luggage only on return flight. Not much good when you are away for a month.

Dishonest company
Failed to transfer the correct name to my ticket (I know because it was the name on my Google account not by married name which I had definitely used). Pretended to be help telling me “not to worry” & delayed any action by me which may have just ensured I lost all the money! Then a “no reply statement” so it is impossible to try & hold them to account. The airline was Iberia & they essentially pushed the final say as their action, which is rubbish. If they had been prepared to take responsibility the Iberian airline would not be caught up & have their reputation trashed. This flight is almost 12 months ago & eDreams solution was to wait in the hope the airline cancelled the flight!

Sneaky company displays USD prices
So this company displays prices in $ but what you don’t realise is that it’s USD for some reason when booking an Australian domestic flight. When the credit card is hit, that $900 you think you were paying is suddenly $1500aud

Never take open ticket option
Choose cancellation option rather than making the ticket open ended with eDreams. Once you make it open ended, you can never use that ticket as no date will ever be available to use the open ticket (even though tickets are available for same flight on the airlines website). The edreams agents will only make you go in circles, but will never tell you an available date, and you can never book on the available dates you give them after getting it from the airlines website.

24/10/2022: the Mr Supervisor did ring me back as promised, but it was actually in the middle of the night at 3:30am when I was in sleep. He said he would still need to follow up with another team and would get back to me in 72 hours.

Took money from my card without authorisation
Tried to change my flight home. Cost was 731 AUD. After 8 failed attempts to book the change on the “Manage my booking” section of the website due to an “airline issue”, I spent many hours trying to book on the app chat and on the phone.
eDreams refused to honour the advertised price, insisting the only option was 1167 AUD. Eventually I agreed and paid this fee. The next morning I saw that an additional unauthorised charge had been made to my credit card without my consent, and my new flight had mysteriously shifted to another date with a budget airline. It took another ~5 hours to get the flight moved back to the agreed date I had paid for. eDreams admitted it was their fault and that they would refund me the authorised charge (advising this had been initiated), but then later reneged on this, claiming they had the right to take the charge but not explaining why. So essentially I’d not been told the truth by the agents. I have had to involve my bank to assist me with the unauthorised charge. Add on several call back promises not honoured, several inconsistent positions taken by agents and days of stress and impact to my trip. I raised an internal complaint but the response made no sense and just referred to a refund. The flight is still not appearing on the app, so not confident it’s actually been booked.
