Bad customer service
I was asking for an invoice reissued because there was a mistake on their end with my baggage purchase that I’ve already paid but they never got back to me. I end up losing my money for my baggage purchase as it was not shown on the actual airline ticket and was confirmed by the airline that there was no baggage purchase even though I’ve paid. Customer service left me hanging on chat and doesn't reply back.

Still waiting for my tickets refund after more than 3yrs when my flights were cancelled by the airline due to the covid pandemic. I have confirmed directly with the airline that they have refunded eDreams in March 2023. I was told by eDreams in early August that my refund was being processed by the finance dept & I should just wait. This company should be rejected by the airlines and be shut down. I would be interested in other ripped off customers who would be interested in taking class legal action against these scammers!

Do NOT use eDreams. Booked a flight on Spirit Airlines that was cancelled due to a mechanical issue with the aircraft. Booked a flight on another airline.
eDreams only refunded $415.86 on a flight that was billed for $546.99. Their receipt (attached) shows the cost of the ticket was $444.90 and they billed a $106.01 "intermediation service" fee. Why am I only getting $415.86 back? I should note I booked the new flight myself, AND I paid an additional yearly membership of about $70. Their only response was that this refund meets the terms of my agreement.

Do not use these people. They take your money based on flight schedules and don't check for available seats till after you have paid. If you have multiple "Legs" to your trip, the will book and take your money for the available legs and tell you that you will need to arrange the other legs yourself, they can't help you. They will take the money from your card for all legs and it takes a week to refund you for the legs they couldn't book. I paid for a flight from Singapore to Phuket that I could not use and they would not refund I'm out of pocket $320. There is no way of contacting them, chatbots only. Avoid this site.
unreliable company
I prepaid for a car for a 7pm pickup at Dulles Airport for 3 day rental. I got there at 730 p.m., found between 20 and 30 people waiting, no cars available. Waited 2.5hrs still no car. This was prepaid, so my car should have been there. Called them and was on the phone for another 45 minutes. They told me they couldn't do anything but would book me with another car rental. I had the worst experience with E dreams. I tried rebooking my flight with them. All I was told was that someone from their office will call me and but none rang me back and this went for a while. Today, I got an email from them saying I can no longer re book my flight and I can not make any refunds. This is called daylight robbery. Please change your name to E-Nightmare
Flight was canceled, no refund issued after 1 week
I’ve been played around with edreams after they canceled my flight.
No refund was issued yet after 1 week.
Booking status is still processing, they said they issued a refund, but because the funds are still pending it should take a few hours to return to my account and it didn’t yet.
I find very hard to speak with someone and they’re blaming my bank when clearly they’re holding my money at their end as you can see in their status still showing booking pending.

All people on call center are really dumb.
They don't understand what you're saying.
For changing of reservation took over 2 hours to find someone who I think understanding me but he turned out to be a dumb one too. He heard December instead of November.

Impossible to contact. Refusal to give access to insurance claim procedure. Waste of money paying insurance as it is apparent eDreams want to avoid insurance other that to sell you a policy. No stars for customer service. Unfortunately I need to make a claim and have incurred $2,000 of expenses that are covered by insurance however it is impossible to make or discuss a claim.
How is this company in business? Please stay away - there are many competitors that are infinitely better.

This company is unethical and misleading and should be reported to the ACCC, which I am doing. I purchased a flight several hours before departure. Go to the airport and air Asia can’t find my booking. I ended up having to purchase another flight from air Asia direct. And now trying to get a refund from edreams is a nightmare. It’s impossible to get in contact with their support. Their app doesn’t have any info regarding my refund like they claim. Do not book with this company if you went a stress free experience. I wish I checked the reviews before booking.

Would give no stars if I could
Booked through their site, got an email saying the airline had cancelled my return flight and there we no other flights available. Tried to cancel my outward flight and it didn't cancel throught their site. So I had to do it directly with the airline. The airline gave me a refund number to give to edreams...there is NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM! They do not reply in their chat and there are no numbers to call. The app says a refund can take up to 3 months for the airline to approve. That's a lie, the airline has already approved it. They are scammers and thieves DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! I'm about to get Department of Fair Trading involved.

I became a trial prime member to get a flight deal and never be able to cancel the subscription. Both apps and website got error so called the customer service. Purchased a returned flight - Europe to Aus for $3k. Took flight to Aus - no issues. Return flight changing dates was not possible. Actually it was but instead of the change being $200, as advertised on their website for any day/time over a 3 month period, it was $2500. One way tickets with top tier companies were selling for $800. In summary, paid $3k for a LHR to MEL flight.

I booked multiple flights through edreams and chose flexi fares because our travel plans were moveable. When my husband had a road accident I needed to change flights as a matter of urgency to travel to him and bring him home. Flexi fares were not flexible and no response from the company which meant I had to outlay a lot of money to change flights direct with airlines. Was also somehow signed up to some sort of membership which has debited my account - twice. Company now claims one debit was not by them. I have never reviewed anything in my life but I had to review this shocking experience. I booked a flight from Harare to London Heathrow. Requested that I get 2 x 23kg checked baggage. They booked me to connect in Copenhagen and when I went to check in online I got told that I only had 1 x 23kg from Copenhagen to Heathrow. I am sure thousands of people who Google for bargain airlines tickets, hotels, car hires etc are falling victim to these professional scammers.
My advise is to pay $50-$100 extra for a ligitimate business but say F**k off to edreams and then alike.
I saved a few dollars buying Jetstar tickets a month ago but a month later the first of Evil knows how many subscription payments they suck off me, but will cancel my card .

Please be warned, this organisation have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are currently sitting on my refund money for a cancelled flight to Europe. Even through as the agency they managed the transaction. I have called, written, emailed and called again. Each consultant gives me another story. Worst experience in my life
awful experience! ended up ruining my holiday 4 days of long calls and stress and not getting anywhere and then charged an extra £191 after agreeing £35 flight change on Tuesday!! I've spent half my holiday on the phone with no outcome and crying my eyes out as I have now been charged 3x my original flight (Also they make you change both flights not just one when making adjustments) which is mad because I only wanted to change my outbound flight and brought an additional flight change extra to my original booking.
They took 3 days to then try change my flight!
the guy on the phone said the cost would be one ninety-one so in English terms £1.91 and £191 was taken out my account (he did not say 100 hundred and 91 pounds )

We just bought 2 tickets from Adelaide to New Delhi return. The fare showed $928 per person. The total was $1856. So when we processed through, the bank detailed were entered. Finally while purchasing, the money was taken out of the account $2320. Therefore, we were cheated.

A dear friend of mine had an absolutely awful time travelling from Europe to Australia after booking with this company. She was stuck in Istanbul, with no way to leave. They were absolutely useless, no help at all to get her onto her fully paid flight. Apparently the airlines couldn’t access her boarding pass, and nobody could help. We bought her totally new tickets to get her to us, with no refund or help from them.

(This is regardless of all the increases they made in most of the steps before payment, which have some reasons behind). But eDreams has not informed us and our flight in their app still shows the previous version of our flight. Also, the return flight got canceled and eDreams did not inform us! Finally, after lots of battles, the airline said we are eligible to be refunded the price of our ticket (because we could not use the flight due to cancellation). The airline said they have refunded the ticket to eDreams but eDreams not only contacted us regarding that, but also, hardly responded our Emails and when responded, just gave irrelevant answers and refused to resolve our issue, which was caused by them.
