Aweful Service!!!!
I have been trying to get hold of someone to talk to in regards to a minor vehicle Collison claim and cannot get hold of anyone and or no response to any emails I have sent. I have been trying since the 4/4/20. In addition to this my policy went up by 30% since last year without making a single claim! I have requested information as to why this is however zero response. Absolutely disgusting behaviour!

Very Comprehensive and Helpful Extended Warranty
Easy claiming process, very reasonable and very helpful customer representatives.
Have made numerous claims under policy for my BMW and they have always been very easy to deal with. Highly recommended

Quick turn around
Very quick turn around, the staff were helpful and easy to deal with. The claim was approved in a matter of days. Even though the repairer left me to follow up the claim, John could follow through with the previous information. No mucking around, good people. You get was it says in the PDS.

You pay twice
The policy is not good value mainly because one has to pay the excess even if they are not at fault when they make a claim. The wait on the phone to speak to a representative takes 45 minutes and the whole process is against the insured. How is this possible, after providing the company all the details of the drivers at fault I ended up paying the excess and it wasn't my fault?

Excellent Warranty
Hi,
I lodged a claim for the first time, and was extremely impressed by how easy it all was,
and the claim was approved immediately the BMW dealer diagnosed the problem.
I was really worried about this after market warranty, but now I'm happy I purchased it.

Awesome service. Very responsive and on the ball
Excellent service. Paid my claim within a day of lodging it and even rang me to enquire if I still required cover when I forgot to send through my certificate. Can't believe I'm actually dealing with insurance as it's been so easy.

Applied excess even though we hit!!! 1 star as couldn't get lower.
After paying prems fro a year we were hit by a another driver in a car park. He accepted full blame but still this company applied a huge excess!!!
All interaction was unpleasant. There is no positive things to say.

Outstanding customer service and very quick response
Chris from Eric was so easy to deal with and I highly recommended. I had an issue with a repairer not wanting to go through insurance so they easily found a workaround so I could be compensated directly from the insurer. Thank you!

Worth reading the fine print
When purchasing a car I got finance through a car dealership, this Gap insurance was an add on that was for me waste of money. Essentially $681 for two and a half years. I had purchased the policy at $784 for the period of 6 years, but when I sold my car after 2.5 years they told me that $103 was all I was entitled to. mend to future buyers to read the Ts&Cs closely, not just listen to finance sales people who are keen to add on insurance policies that may not be in the consumers best interest. I really don't have time for that sort of interaction so said we would keep our communications to email. Excellent Extended Warranty
So relieved to have purchased this insurance! It has already paid for itself. I was extremely sceptical about extended warranties and fully expected if I ever needed to claim I would be given excuses as to why I wasn't entitled to. It is the exact opposite with Eric Warranty Insurance. They actually want to help you. Miguel was professional, highly proficient and friendly from the start of my claim for my air conditioning to the finish. I will be covering any future vehicles I buy with Eric Insurance. 10/10

I always had doubt about Aftermarket Warranty. Thes guys have changed my mind.
My 2012 Mini Countryman had a problem with the thermostat and it's housing. One call to Eric sorted me out, Juan gave me a claim number. My repairer had the claim approved and I had car back within 24 Hours.

Prompt and thorough service.
My interactions with staff online were excellent. They were very helpful and explained the process clearly. I lodged a claim and within 24 hrs it was resolved. Very impressed and will recommend to others.

These guys are awesome!
Really friendly customer service and helped me when I had a claim instead of trying to avoid it ( as others insurers do).
One of the best product I have bought and recommend it to anyone worried.

Skeptical - proved very wrong!
Due to less than favorable reports about the warranty insurance industry in general I was naturally very skeptical about submitting a claim to Eric Insurance after I experienced problems with my car's cooling system. I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. EI dealt direct with the repairer and managed the claim without fuss. All done quickly and very professionally. I'd be happy to take out another policy with EI and to recommend to others.

Great service - Miguel
Miguel Hernandez was fantastic and help me to lodge claim and explain process. My claim was approve and resolve within a week.
This was my first claim but seems like made a right choice to get several insurance products for my AUDI by ERIC insurance company.

Excellent service
When I called I got excellent service from the start. Very helpful, I had no policy number with me, but the chap was able to correctly identify me through my rego no and from there all the details where completed. I just need to send photos of my cracked wheel. Photos sent late on Friday afternoon, claim approved by 9:00am Monday morning. Excellent service.

Best experience with ERIC INSURANCE
Im looking at some of these reviews and all i can say is WOW, because my experience with eric insurance was a very positive one, my turbo failed on my car, rang them got a claim number straight away, the man that took my claim even rang my mechanic and explain to him what is needed to help me with my claim after a few days it was approved and i just received an email today to say money will be in my account in 3 to 5 days, i am very happy with my experience with ERIC INSURANCE, and john was a pleasure, great man and made me feel so at esse... thankyou will alway speak highly and recommend them....

Great Service, great extended warranty product.
I took out extended warranty cover over a year ago. My repair claim was simple to make. The team we're responsive & my car was back on the road within days. 10/10 Service & product experience.
