Not happy
Purchased first heater in June of this year. The ignition button then wouldn’t stay on so had it replaced with a new one in August and now this one is having the same issue.

Faulty Product
Bought this product at Harvey Norman and initially it was working properly. However in the past week the Ignition button does not keep the flame on. Very disappointing as I only got this product 3 weeks ago.
Purchased in August 2021 at Harvey Norman for A$750.00.

Great heat when/if it works.
We have had the heater for approx 2 weeks it's great when it works but has intermittent lighting issues. We can sometimes get it lit and when we do it switches itself off. The ignition works but lifting your finger off the button makes the flame go out. Quite disappointed for a new product.
Purchased in June 2021 for A$715.00.

Starter works fine but when releasing button, goes off. Think the off button stuck on as there is no springiness and knob in a low position all the time. playing up after 3 years
The heater looks good but is not good quality, 3 years old and its making a popping sound and now want to charge
us $300 to fix the problem. The paint had flaws from new and now is flaking and discoloured. our original heater lasted 20 years plus. Australian made never again

Good afternoon, please disconnect the gas supply hose from the floor bayonet there is no safety issue in this process as the bayonet is a snap shut quick release device, if we can assist further please call our customer service desk on 1300 739 033 .Thanks the team at Altise.
Thank you I finally got it to turn off. So didn’t have to disconnect the gas hose.
