I just bought this product within the last 4 days and now when we put it on low after approx 10 minutes it will turn off. Do I take the product back to the store I bought it from or how can I fix this?

I just bought mine a few days ago also, I am having the same problem bu I noticed it stays on much longer when the fan is turned off.

we just bought the 7 burner Brigader about one month ago, the pilot light comes on and the 3 panels ligh up but as soon as you take your finger off the ignition it turns off.

Call the service center. Apparently there was a batch with faulty switch. They came and fixed mine (only had it for 2 weeks) - service contractor was fantastic and haven't had a problem since. Hope that helps.

Our heater has just been purchased and has intermittent lighting issues. We can sometimes get it lit and other times we just give up! The ignition works but lifting your finger off the button even after 20 secs will make the flame go out. Frustrating. Help. Puts out great heat, but surely this is not that hard to light!

Hi I have a LPG Evendure 7 panel heater. I want to convert it to natural gas. How do I do that please?

The injectors need to be changed, pressure adjusted and aeration adjusted. You need tools and pressure gauge to do this. Then leak test needs to be done. Any gas appliance can only be serviced by a licenced gas plumber.
Depending on the age of heater parts may not be available but you can check with a plumber supply or manufacturer.
It may be better to sell the heater and buy the same heater in natural gas version. LPG gas heaters generally sell for more money than the natural gas version so this is more economical than having it converted.
