Yes if all three buttons are up
I have an older model which has no ignition or any apparent power going through. Have checked power to unit but no ignition. Is there a simple process to rectify. Was working a few days ago and now nothing.. please help ?

we just bought the 7 burner Brigader about one month ago, the pilot light comes on and the 3 panels ligh up but as soon as you take your finger off the ignition it turns off.
can anyone help me please .
Call the service center. Apparently there was a batch with faulty switch. They came and fixed mine (only had it for 2 weeks) - service contractor was fantastic and haven't had a problem since. Hope that helps.

My heater won’t shut off?
Our heater has just been purchased and has intermittent lighting issues. We can sometimes get it lit and other times we just give up! The ignition works but lifting your finger off the button even after 20 secs will make the flame go out. Frustrating. Help. Puts out great heat, but surely this is not that hard to light!

Read morecenced gas plumber. Depending on the age of heater parts may not be available but you can check with a plumber supply or manufacturer. It may be better to sell the heater and buy the same heater in natural gas version. LPG gas heaters generally sell for more money than the natural gas version so this is more economical than having it converted.

my everdure does not have push down buttons, it has a touch screen on top,,,it keeps turning itself off after about 10 minutes and the message on the screen says 'Flame fail, press reset' NOTE it is a bayonet heater

Hi we have brigades everdure 25mj when it has light the selected panels up the pilot light flame burns yellow and very high is there anyway of adjusting this flame down can this be done through the back of the heater where the gas comes into the heater I see there is a little brass screw and a large allow adjustment screw of some sort with a locking nut on it
