My oven went down right in the middle of a busy day with guest about to arrive that afternoon. These guys are absolutly great and did an amazing quick progressional job. I have seen the below negetive comments but haven't experiance any as such in my case. I will definitly use these guys again.

Dishwasher not fixed after two services. Third request technician called saying couldn't find car park. No one ever came back!

Sent a repair person who removed parts, left dishwasher unusable, replaced it i with a faulty one and won’t repair it.

USELESS. Rang for repair of a washing machine. Told they would check for parts and call back...never heard back!!
After waiting two days and found another company who came out that afternoon.
Look elsewhere.

Booked a service call, was quoted one price and charged another.
When queried, were rude and difficult to deal with. Then was offered a few different prices, so I cancelled the job because of this.
Now have been charged a $50 cancellation fee because of their inefficiency.
Do not use this company!!!

They first offer you a deal where you fork out $268 without even seeing a repairman. Then he arrives hours late. In my case the repair involved a single bearing. The cost of that bearing was $71!!! $71 for a single bearing!

They go the job done but honestly don't waste your time unless you like being overcharged.

Terrible customer service!!!! Don't ever use them!!! So expensive, took them 4 months to communicate and didn't fix the problem. They didn't note the correct details on who to call after telling them 2-3 times to call the correct number. Put the blame back on me that it is not their fault. It was my fault that I don't want to go ahead to order the second faulty parts of the fridge. So we end up paying the 1st part which we thought would fix the job, no respond and from them after that until I call them up. Request for refund for the 1st part and happy to pay the call out fee only but they refuse to refund and to acknowledge their mistake. WORST service company I dealt with ever! Would not recommend to anyone!

Terrible service late and extremely expensive didn’t fix the problem and I had to replace after having to pay for them and go without for weeks.

If I could give them a minus rating I would. They were completely unprofessional, took my money, told me my freezer wasn't working and it would not be worth my while to fix it. When it started working the next day (by that time I had already bought a new fridge) their technician said to me 'oh sometimes we make mistakes'. Two and a half weeks later, and numerous phone calls and emails later, they refuse to refund my money and to acknowledge their mistake. Can't believe they are still in business.

Absolutely disgusting service, took $300 out of my account then told me parts are going to be an extra $365 on top, I looked up genuine parts and they were less than a third of the cost and they will not refund the original $300 for doing absolutely nothing, it is so disappointing that a company acts this dishonestly when there are so many people doing the right thing out there. Absolute con artist's that deserve to be in prison.

$300 call out fee, replaced a DTT for an extra $110 plus postage. A quick look online for a genuine part is $30.
Get a local guy, it will save you everytime.

Charged me prior to completing service. Found that part cheap at a local shop, then charging me $50 to cancel 2 house after I book.

Paid nearly $300 for absolutely nothing. The guy had no idea what he was doing. Couldn’t diagnose the problem with the washing machine and was more interested in trying to sell me a new one. Do yourself a favour and never ever use this company. Complete waste of money!!!!

Dishwasher is playing up. Look on the net to find an approved Bosch repairer. After leaving my contact details a foreign sounding fellow rang back around 4 hours later. Gave me the same speel as everyone else has reported. Agreed to the service call out fee. Then he wanted my card details. By now I was feeling decidedly uncomfortable and refused to give him my details to which he said cant help you and hung up. I then decided to look up Product review. Sounds like I saved myself from being scammed. Dont touch this company. I highly suspect that those 5 star ratings are false.

Paid $294 for a service to my oven. Technician came out, pulled the oven apart, said it needed parts, then went away leaving my oven in pieces and never came back.
I rang the office to ask when is someone coming back to finish the job. No one came back, but I was still charged $294 for the service call on my Visa debit card.
Despicable and totally dishonest. I have reported this matter to the Police and Fair Trading.

I agreed to pay $268 to have fridge fixed no matter how long it took, Just like the other reviews my credit card was charged but work not complete saying they cant get the part but still charged me for nothing.

Stay away!
