Having not had to rely on them and hope not to, but for the cover and price you can't beat it. Easy to organize online and pay safely through PayPal. We have used this insurance twice now and for the value and cover you get, it is hard to go past them.

Tried calling Customer support during work hours. Really prompt. I have used Fast Travel insurance for multiple trips in the past. Thankfully, I haven't felt the need till date to lodge a claim. So no comments there.

Getting a quote was quick and easy as you just enter a few boxes. Being able to select the cover that you want also meant I saved money on my travel insurance because some of the cover options weren’t needed for my trip.

The lady on the phone was very helpful with my inquiries. I had many questions around different options and she was able to answer all. Nice to have someone on the phone who could answer questions not out of the box.

We were looking for basic medical cover and Fast Cover was easy to apply for and easy to add on to. We hope we will not have to claim against this cover, but, if we do, will be interested to notice their promptness in responding and willingness to pay out.

I take out basics medical insurance. Used it for the first time last trip and was very happy. Only issue was the time it took for approval for an operation.

I've used Fast Cover on four occasions and found it easy to get the policy on-line, fortunately I've not had to make a claim so that process I've not experienced. The policy cost seems to be competitive, however, I'm approaching the age of 80 and benefits are substantially reduced then.

I travel overseas two or three times a year, always using the basic Medical Only cover. Premium is acceptably low and gives me the only cover I require. No need to claim as yet.
