Good value policy for my requirements. Claim was responded to efficiently and with courtesy at all times. First time user but would use again if I could have accessed the frequent traveller option.

Had to defer due to the Covid 19 problem re travel - the lady taking my call was excellent and gave me the guidance I was seeking. I look forward to using the cover in, I hope, in the near future

Straight forward fast even handling 10,000 queeries due to the corona virus a little wait in the phone queue but answers and solutions came almost immediately not like other I have used before

We booked for a short 4 day cruise on the West Australian coast and needed enough just to cover our needs if an emergency should arise. Fast Cover was simple, easy to understand and use.

This is a good value policy . I have used Fast Cover before and have found them the cheaper option to some of the others, even when other companies have sales.

I believe it was a great policy vs value, easy to set up, but the real test is when you submit a claim. Reviews don't seem to bad. I usually purchase through Travel Direct and they have great reviews however their pricing has increased significantly.

Have used the insurance 2 times. Also have recommendid the insurance to 4 members of my travel party. Being a senior i thought the policy was fair and very competitive with other insurers

So quick and straight forward. I got two policies in a matter of minutes. The website was easy to navigate. I would recommend them to anyone heading abroad or in Australia.

Have used this insurance every year that I’ve travelled internationally. Good value, easy to set up. Never had to make a claim. I just need the medical cover in case of accidents while travelling - I don’t travel with valuables and I don’t cancel my trips so it’s good, insurance-wise, I don’t have to pay for what I don’t need. I like the travel tips they email me now and then throughout the year.
